Good location and well priced

The location was great, near the train station and the workers were very nice. Breakfast was included, and the room was decent but the bathroom had mildew in the tiles. Shower was literally on the wall, with no divider from the rest of the bathroom. After pulling two shower curtains on each side, the entire bathroom floor is wet. Knew this before booking due to reviews. Fine for a few nights, wouldn't stay for a week.

We had a room right beside the reception on the first floor. The gentleman at the reception doesn't speak English at all. However he seems friendly. Very basic breakfast. The room is clean but badly sound-proofed. We can hear the receptionists talking and watching TV clearly. In general, it is a worth trying budget hotel which close to the train station and 20 minutes walk to the main attractions.

Good to excellent value for money, Clean, well appointed room, we had shared bathroom which was suitable for a short stay only as the bathroom tended to flood when showering, but was otherwise clean and functional. Some reception staff were not friendly at all, but it depended who you got, others were friendly and accommodating. A good base for exploring Florence as is within walking distance of main centre and a good local restaurant is just down the road.

The room I got has bathroom inside. Room is quite big in Europe standard. Cleanliness is very good. Staff is friendly. I will stay there again.

Enjoyable overnight stay, handy to Ponte Vecchio and to SMN railway station. Good value for money.

A very good budget hotel. The room and bathroom were a good size and the beds very comfortable. There could have been more shelves and hooks in the bathroom.

Central hotel, near train station. Room I had was large and very clean. People with walking difficulties may find difficulty as you have to access the reception by a number of stairs. Other rooms have also to be accessed by stairs and there is no lift. Overall for a short stay of two nights it was fine.

The hotel to stay for 1 nigth if you want to save money. Car parking is not included and you have to leave a car in the garage in front of the hotel for 20 eur/24hour. You'll have to check out at 10a.m. At least it is in a quiet location near the center.

Huge clean rooms (bar the occasion squashed mosquito on the wall), lovely staff, very helpful. Within 5-8min walk of the main train station. Close to all attraction, quiet and book ahead as much as you can because you really can't beat the price.

A real find. Only 5 minutes from the station (bus and train) yet less than 15 minutes walk from almost all the sights. The breakfast wasn't bad for Italy amnd the room was clean and more than big enough. The staff were attentive and the place was reasonably quiet.

Everything is gr8 about this hotel except the language issue. Don't understand English.
