Palm Beach International Hotel & Resort Kuta

not very westernised, old fashioned and very run down - there are cheaper hotels in a lot better condition - wouldn't go back

Run down, no money spent for years, poor breakfast, only soft drink and beer at bar, no spirits or cocktails. Service ok at bar and reception but none at pool, no wet bar, food very average but cheap, but good location to beach and Kuta. Needs major upgrade and serviceing at pool and bar, plus more for tourists to do at the resort. There are better places for the same or less money.

Staff were very friendly.the rooms need to be freshened up with a coat of paint. sachets of tea and coffee need to be supplied.and rooms need a microwave

The Hotel needs alot of maintinence done, from the rooms to the roof, grounds and the pool, which is in poor shape(missing and broken tiles with lots of sharp edges, which cut my child twice! The breafast is horrible. The staff are wonderfull and helpful especially the cleaning staff. Please note that they are starting to renovate one side of the hotel, so I assume they will get to all the rest of the hotel in time. I would stay there again, but would definately skip the breakfast.
