"On arrival I found there was no coax for the TV therefore no reception. This was reported to the duty manager who offered to move me to another room. This offer was declined but accepted the offer of complimentary dinner. Thanks " - Anonymous

"old dated rooms ,mouldy window frames ,worn out carpets,single glazed noisey ,receptionist very unhelpfull when eventually found !!vending machines empty ,i even had to fix the kettle to get a cup of tea !! very basic 4 channel tv that cant be watched from the bed ," - steve clark

"Don't stay there on a disco night! Not a wink of sleep to be had and that night someone stole a handicapped person's car from the parking lot. We still haven't heard back from the manager as promised about our complaint of a sleepless night. Location is 15-20 minute walk to the train station, but its a long walk on a cold night. Nothing around for food except the rather basic restaurant at the hotel. The bed was abysmal and there was mould all around the windows, although they did open onto a lovely garden full of rabbits. But I wouldn't stay there again. " - Sandra Gardner
