"Hotel renamed Sari Pacific and is very tired needs a makeover. Junior suite was two rooms into one and not a real suite.

"The Pan Pacific KL is a fantastic hotel which offers its guests a wide range of facilities and services and the staff are all trained very professionally. I would love to visit the hotel again but for longer next time. The restaurants and food is unbeatable. Even though i only stayed for 2 nights, i found that the staff knew me by name, which is nice. I would recommend the hotel to anybody staying in KL. Thank you Pan Pacific KL.
