I was happy to transfer to the Pan Pacific after spending 5 nights at the Marina Bay Sands which had too many people and was very busy. I welcomed the peace and quiet elegance of the Pan Pacific.
Superb choice. Excellent views of the skyline from balcony. Room was spotless and comfortable. Wifi was complimentary. Central location made getting around by foot or taxi easy.
Large room with fantastic views, comfortable bed, quiet. Was on the executive plan which I would highly recommend -- includes free internet plus business lounge access -- the lounge included full breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, and cocktails. The food was incredibly good -- first day they served lobster dumplings with truffle soy sauce. Nice selection of wines for cocktail hour. Great location -- perfect for joining other runners around Marina Bay. Plenty of shopping and dining opportunities adjacent to hotel. Short walk to metro system.
Without a doubt the best ''BUSINESS'' hotel in Singapore.Very efficient and friendly staff , excellent facilities [pool,gim, spa ,office and secreterial services] The ''Business Package'' include all the above as well as complimentary round the clock refreshments and pours and canapes every afternoon in the private business lounge , you can also enjoy a very good buffet breakfast here[Bering Suite/22ndfloor] instead of the busy main buffet. Have stayed in various hotels in Singapore , including the MBS , but this is our hub in future.
Excellent hotel! Great location, wonderful service and facilities and staff incredibly helpful. The room was beautifully appointed and the hotel within easy accessibility of many of the popular things to do in Singapore - the Marina district, Raffles, even the start of Orchard Road was an easy walk. Hai Tien Lo restaurant was wonderful for a special birthday celebration and the St Gregory Spa treatments perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel and will DEFINITELY be staying here again. A wonderful 5-day stay.
Top hotel - service and helpfulness of staff was fantastic. Buffet was one of the best we have had - fantastic quality and variety from various international cuisines Very kid friendly. Cold bottled water was provided everytime we were about to step out in the heat for our travels Staying in an executive room with daily refreshments and snacks included was an added bonus. Great location if you want to travel around the esplanade, marina bay area and shops and the colonial district.
Everything was just perfect, just as you can imagine. We had a wonderful time. Friendly staff, clean hotel and fantastic view (if highier is better). We recommend this hotel for short or long stay.
First impression of the hotel was excellent, with check-in and welcoming staff. The room was clean, large and Wi-Fi availability. The pool and surroundings are beautiful with very friendly and accommodating staff. A high standard of excellency is provided to guests staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel.
Huge rooms, great bathroom, convenient location close to shops and sights. The restaurants were lovely and the staff very helpful. Could not fault it, from beginning to end.

Great hotel great service will most certainly stay again. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the facilities.
Hotel is okay, but may require to be refurbished as design esp at the lobby is quite old/outdated compared to the many other hotels in Singapore. It's not too pack/busy and thus may not be suitable for those who want to enjoy all day&night life there. However it's easily accessible to other parts of Singapore via cab/bus/MRT. Plenty of shops & restaurants within the area.
Location of the Pan Pacific was excellent. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. The only downfall was the cost of the buffet breakfast which we found to be expensive. Would stay there again.
Totally enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. From check in to check out we found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was good, close to an MRT station and with a shopping centre next door. Stayed for four nights and would not hesitate to stay there again.
We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Singapore - fantastic hotel in every way. Staff were extremely attentive from reception through to room service. Rooms were great - serviced twice a day - complete service in the morning and a top up in the afternoon if bottled water, towels and bins needed replacing. Breakfast was amazing - an incredible choice of food. My only suggestion would be that they move the bacon away from the eggs and omelette chef - people block access to it waiting for their eggs (very minor problem). Hotel was close (walking distance even with tired feet) to lots of shopping, MRT, new casino and Singapore Flyer. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
Great Hotel for either business or pleasure. Good pool and gym as well as nice outdoor area and restaurant.
