"Date of stay: December/08 (23-Dec-2008 - 26-Dec-2008) Room Type: Deluxe Room For the type of hotel and price I was expecting more. Rooms are nice but noise isolation is really bad from room to room. You can listen to your neighbor flushing the toilet as well as showering! Also, water pressure in the bath is really low. The daily room cleaning was inconsistent. Everyday some toilet items were forgotten to be replaced, including the complimentary water on the room. Concierge was effective but somehow rude (except Mr. Faisal Rahim that was extremely nice, friendly and helpful). It was not possible to find anywhere in the room a indications about the Internet connection rates. Seems it was missing (at least we didn't found it). In summary, it was not a good value for money. From Pan Pacific I was expecting more. I will choose another hotel when visiting Singapore again." - Nuno Oliveira

"Fine hotel well located for shopping etc.. Too far to walk to Little India, Chinatown etc.. Breakfast - food was good, but poor ambience. No external view - very disappointing from this perspective.
