Pangkor Laut is a privately owned island located three miles off the West Coast of Malaysia along the Straits of Malacca. Rates are NOT inclusive of Ferry Transfers. Ferry Transfers has to be prebooked and chargeable at RM 80 per person per way, RM 40 nett per child per way ( Above 2 yrs old will be charge).
Ferry transfers can be booked by emailing travelcentre@ytlhotels.com.my, must identify booking no. and date of travel.
"We are currently undertaking routine maintenance for the refurbishment and upkeep of the Jetty at Pangkor Laut Resort. The work is estimated for completion by the end of July 2011, and will take place between 10am-7pm daily.
There will be some noise, and guests will be accommodated as best we can to reduce any impact this may have during their stay at the Resort. Work is confined to the limited area surrounding the Jetty
Please note that any clients accepting this rate will not be eligible for any compensation."

Getting there:
For guests driving to Pangkor Laut from Kuala Lumpur, please note that the nearest town on the mainland is Lumut. Guests arriving by road park their cars at the port of Lumut and cross over to Pangkor Laut by ferry. Upon arrival in Lumut, the Resorts office will be happy to assist you with your transfer to Pangkor Laut. The ferry crossing takes 45 minutes.
Firefly
Firefly operates flights from Singapore Budget Terminal Changi to Ipoh Airport and also Skypark Subang Terminal (formerly known as Terminal 3 Subang). For flight details, kindly refer to the Firefly website. Upon arrival at Ipoh Airport or Skypark Subang Terminal, you may continue your journey via private car transfer
Check-in Procedure:
Please advise your preferred ferry schedule from Lumut upon reservation to ensure smooth arrangement : 8am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm & 5pm.
Speedboat by Resort's privately owned boats to Pangkor Laut Resort:
One way transfers - Adult: RM80.00 - Child: RM40.00
Chartered speed boat costs RM700 each per way

Car parking:
There is a car park next to the Resorts Lumut office where you will be able to park your car overnight for a nominal fee of RM12 per day.
Child Policy:
Infant below 2 years are non-chargeable. Child above 02 up to 12 years is chargeable.
