"This hotel is perfectly located for a trip to Venice. The views over the bay are breathtaking.
Rooms are well lit and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and wel appointed(although there is no bath).
Connection to St Marks square is only 10-15 minutes.
At the time of our stay the hotel was undergoing some adaptions. This could be noisy although no works were carried out at the weekend so it didnt prove too distracting.
Overall the hotel is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone." - a lonergan
"We have visted twice. Instead of staying inside grockle full Venice self, it's nicer to see it from their breakfast terrace on the quieter Lido, where the locals are, the good restaurants cheaper, 15 mins walking distance to the Hotel's "private" beach...take sandals as the sand is VERY hot.
Hotel is 10 m from all the vaporetti and buses. Staff excellent, flexible and very patient. Make sure they book your restaurant for you each night. The [your website] rates are usually the best" - Anonymous
"Staff were very helpful all the time we were there. Location is great - just opposite the boats which go to Venice and the Islands. " - Anonymous
"A charming old hotel on the Lido waterfront that has been tastefully renovated in contemporary style. Staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the location perfect for hopping on one of the ferries that nip across the lagoon to St Mark's Square. We stayed with four kids of varying ages who were all made to feel very welcome. And the ten-minute trip across the lagoon makes the perfect way to begin a day in Venice. " - Derek Blyth
