Nice hotel. Helpfull staff.

A very good hotel and staff were excellent. Represented value for money and a trouble free experience. No problems at all and we would recommend it and also book again.

This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived rather late and the front desk showed us where everything was. He even took concern to see if we had eaten dinner yet then proceeded to show us on a map where we may go in the late hour. The room was large and very well kept. So far it has been the best hotel I have stayed in while traveling Italy. I highly suggest the Panorama Hotel Venice to anyone!

wonderful view, nice rooms, quiet place, friendly and professionell staff, 3 minutes from all ferries, no restaurant

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly like to return to Venice again hopefully in the not too distant future and we would certainly consider the Panorama again.

A fantastic hotel. Directly opposite the terminus for the river taxis on the lido, looking right out across the water. Cannot fault the staff for politeness and being helpful. Great terrace looking out over Venice, near the beach and just nicely away from the busy centre of Venice but near enough to visit. We loved this hotel and will be going back

Staff were very helpful all the time we were there. Location is great - just opposite the boats which go to Venice and the Islands.

Location and views - stunning Room - comfortable and tasteful Service and staff - excellent A niggle? - wish hotels on the Continent had hot drinks making facilities. This was our second stay at the Pamorama and we would certainly stay there again.

This is a hotel we will certainly use again. The staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful with an old fashioned courtesy. The location, just across the road from the Vaporetto stop, was ideal for us although some might find it rather noisy. The view across the lagoon from the bedroom window,and in our case, the bathroom, more than compensated. The breakfast facilities were good but you do need to go elsewhere for your evening meal. There are a number of eating places nearby. Checkout is 12 noon and as we had a late flight we were pleased to be able to leave our luggage and then return in the evening to wash and freshen up before going to the airport. Our stay was relaxed and enjoyable and we would certainly recommend the Panorama.

Nice hotel, across the street from the ferry. It's a busy area, but the shutters are closed every night and block out the noice so it's really quiet. Some people don't know that it's not on venice. In our opinion this is nice since it's much more laid back. The downside is that you have to take a 10-15 minute ferry to get to venice.

Hotel was very clean and service was friendly and helpful. The triple room on the third floor was supposed to have a water view. It did have a view however you had to climb two steps in the corner of the room to look out of a small window. This was a bit misleading however, itis our only complaint. We would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed Aug.21-24 2006. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful and our room directly overlooked the lagoon - sunset over Venice, fab! Hotel next to water buses , very handy! Would definately recommend this hotel and intend revisiting ourselves!

We got engaged in Venice, so this place has a special place in our hearts. Wonderful hotel, super-friendly staff that were extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful location overlooking the Grand Canal, beautiful rooftop sitting area, opposite the water-taxi stand (great when you're hauling those heavy bags), peaceful, close to great restaurants, gelati-stands, and bicycle shop. We found the private beach area takes a bit of walking, but definitely worth it when you've got a fantastic slice of beach and ocean. We found that doing the 72-hour water-taxi transport was a great euro-saver, so convenience is not a factor - the hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the mainland, so you can relax or go into the city. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

staff very helpfful and courteous

The cost although not cheap, was good value considering this is venice. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony, excellent. Better to get one of the lagoon view rooms. Would stay there again

The Panorama hotel is located on the Lido island - a short watertaxi trip from Venice itself - away from the busy hustle and bustle of the tourists. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy and the staff most friendly and attentive. The hotel caters for bed and breakfast only i.e. you cannot get dinner there but there are quite a few excellent restaurants and cafes nearby which provide excellent and varied food. A great base for any Venice holiday.

The staff in this hotel are as helpful as anywhere I have ever stayed and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is well situated next to the water taxi at The Lido and only a few minutes over the water by boat to Venice, although this can be a nuisance if you need to return to the hotel for anything! Overall this is a good value hotel that will look after you well
