"On the first night of our stay we were placed in a room which was meant to be "Superior". It was on Level 1, street facing, extremely noisy and the air conditioning didn't work. We couldn't sleep at all and felt that it was poor form that anyone could charge for such a room. We were then moved to another room and it was like being in another hotel altogether. The room was quiet and we could open the window to get a breeze. It's amazing to us that a hotel of this supposed standard (price) has an airconditioning system that doesn't work.
