Pantheon Villa Paris

Hotel was fine although elevator having issues when we were there. Convenient location to subway, trains, sights.

This is my first Paris trip. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the metro stations (Notre Dame, St Michel, and Maubert-Mutualite), Seine river, Notre-Dame Cathedral and Louvre palace museum. La Pantheon is also near the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Small room (most hotels have small rooms anyway), clean, elegant and have character. Have to pay for the breakfast, but who cares? Excellent cafe and bistro nearby for espresso and crepes and do you want to be stuck with the hotel food?

Good location, nice bathroom and friendly staff. But the minibar did not work, and the staff did not try to fix it after telling them. Same with the el output on the bathroom. The bed was not as soft as we would like it to be, and my wife had a hard time sleeping through out the night because of that.

It is true that the Pantheon is well located, with the Seine and Notre Dam only minutes walk away. It has a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby and 2 or 3 times a week there is a produce market within one block with fresh vegetables and fruit. The room we had was small but that is standard in Paris. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and well made up every day. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Well placed for Notre Dame etc. Underground parking nearby. Rooms very nice but the standard double extremely small. Bathroom very well appointed but, again, extremely small. If I had paid the room price as advertised on the door I would have been much less satisfied but the price I paid was excellent value for money

Clean, well-appointed room in concvenient area near Metro and RER stops at corner of Boulevard St. Michel Boulevard St. Germain. Shower drain was a little slow, and minibar was not restocked, very limited television channels (only Bloomberg News in English). Overall, very good value for money; I will stay here again.

Good hotel in a good location. I would have liked to have had wifi in the room rather than sitting in the labby to access. One minor issue with the service is that I found it unusual that the 'ne pas deranger' sign was ignored on quite a few occasions.

On the first night of our stay we were placed in a room which was meant to be "Superior". It was on Level 1, street facing, extremely noisy and the air conditioning didn't work. We couldn't sleep at all and felt that it was poor form that anyone could charge for such a room. We were then moved to another room and it was like being in another hotel altogether. The room was quiet and we could open the window to get a breeze. It's amazing to us that a hotel of this supposed standard (price) has an airconditioning system that doesn't work. We wonder what happens in summer!

We stayed at Villa Pantheon over the quarter final rugby world cup weekend. Normally we would stay somewhere else but not much was available as it was a late booking. The price charged was more than double the normal rate so the value was very poor. Staff were also very inconsistent, some helpful and knowledgeable whilst others not willing to help with other bookings. Room was also very dark and small for a superior room.

Dreamed location, friendly and helpfull receptionists. Not a really four star hotel, however .

The best thing with this hotel is the location. Close to the restaurant district and on walking distance from Seine and Notr Dame. Very surpricing that a Luxory 4 Star hotel does not give its guests an internet connection other than by purchase of an Orange pay card. And the 2 hours availability and only in the lobby. Nothing to complain about with the cleanlines or service but the price level should make it possible to expect more.

Although a 'superior' room it was still quite small and I would imagine can be very warm during the summer months. Location excellent for all parts of Paris and breakfast outstanding. Staff were polite and friendly. Staying at the Pantheon added to the enjoyment of our first trip to Paris.

This was our first visit to Paris and our stay at the Pantheon Villa helped to make the trip a great success. The hotel is spotless, reception staff, very helpful and the breakfast was really lovely. Location is perfect for The Pantheon, Sorbonne and Notre Dame and the Metro. We will definately choose to stay at the Villa Pantheon when we return to Paris.

With the discount rate the price was reasonable for such a hotel. We enjoyed a lot of charm, high quality, excellent breakfast, good beds, quiet. The only down side was the lack of broadband internet in the room - a must in today's world.
