The resort is a mediterranean style low rise building with tropical landscaping.The bedding configuration in each apt is queen bed in main bedroom and the sofa in lounge room folds down to a double bed for an extra guest, at $20/n.Max 3 pax per apt. One of the highlights of the resort is a large barbeque entertaining area adjacent to the solar heated pool & spa. All apts air conditioned, a small fee applies of $8 per night payable to resort. Getting there:If travelling from Brisbane, exit onto the Smith St Motorway. Turn right upon reaching the Broadwater & travel along this road into Surfers Paradise. Turn right at Chevron Renaissance onto Elkhorn Ave. Go straight ahead at the lights, over the bridge onto Thomas Drive, Chevron Island and turn right at the shops onto Burra St. If travelling from south, proceed down the Gold Coast Highway. It splits into a one way system & becomes Remembrance Drive/Ferny Ave. Go past the Pink Elephant and turn left at the Waterways apartment building, over the bridge onto Thomas Drive, Chevron Island and turn right at the shops onto Burra St. Travelling time from Brisbane approx 45 mins, distance 100 kms.

A great little one bedroom apartment with a large porch overlooking the pool, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Comfy bed. Great location, easy walking distance to the beach and to several good restaurants and cafes, and free on-site parking. No five stars because wifi was an extra charge, towels to take to the beach were an extra charge. Other than that, nearly perfect. Have already recommended to others, and definitely would stay again if coming back to the gold coast.
We really enjoyed our stay here at the Paradise Isles resort. The appartment was very nicely set up and clean, and the washer and dryer in the unit was a nice bonus. The ladies at reception were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was nice. Surfer's Paradise was a nice easy walk from the resort. Also, there was a bus stop 5 minutes walk away so that was handy to be able to take the bus to places we weren't able to walk to. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have fully set up appartment unit, and prefers to do their own cooking (altho restaraunts are within easy walking distance). We were here for a week and it's a much better option than getting a hotel room, price wise, and for convenience sake.

Paradise Isles is a quiet 3 storey walk up complex, located on Chevron Island, Surfers Paradise. Just a short walk or drive across the bridge to the heart of Surfers Paradise and the best the Gold Coast has to offer. We have 39 One-Bedroom, fully self-contained apartments with full kitchen and laundry facilities, linen provided. Queen bed and sofa, maximum 3 guests per apartment. Solar heated swimming pool with heated spa, BBQ area, tour desk, secure under cover parking. All apartments air-conditioned. Most apartments have Foxtel. Great place to stay, if only a couple. Our 13 year old daughter slept on fold out sofa, which would have been too uncomfortable, but we compromised and used the foam cusions from the sofa. Could'nt walk past the folded out sofa had to climb over to get to the balcony,Therefore never used the balcony, would have been nice to have breakfast on balcony. But all in all great to stay for 5 nights, comparing it with a horible highrise square block in Surfers.I'll stay here anytime.
The location was ideal, only 10 mins from surfers and the resort itself was lovely and not to big. The swimming and bbq area was nice, to just sit there and read a book.
The staff are friendly and they gives us privacy
1. TV remote controller not functional. recommend : check facilities functional before customers move in. 2. the carpet was not properly vacuumed as some dirts left by previous tenant(s) were found. Cooking utensils were not cleaned well. recommend : quality inspection be done after room services. 3. appreciation : safe and secure, full of appropriate information, well-mannered reception.
It was a great hotel to stay at, close to shops, staff were friendly enough, good clean units with a lot of information about services and activities in the area
Great self contained facilities, clean and well priced, 5 mins walk to shops 10 to surfers, nice quiet location for a good nights sleep. Be aware airconditioning is an additional cost.
Quiet location yet close to all Gold Coast attractions. Value for money and friendly staff.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Paradise Isles. Everything is so perfect. It's very clean and not very far from central Surfers Paradise. Definitely will choose here again.
Whilst the standard and level of cleanliness were excellent, I thought the unit a bit small but suffient for one or 2 people. Handy to Surfers Paradise shopping and nightlife.
The location was perfect. It was nestled in a quiet community on Chevron Island and not on the noisy Surfers Paradise. Exellent location. Nice neighborhood.
