Friendly staff and great location - we re-booked here twice since our initial booking!

Arrived late. Very good service from Manager, Peter. Excellent central location in Surfer's Paradise. Old building (1960s?), retro furnishings but clean; secure carpark and adequate facilities; excellent price!

Central to everything in Surfers

An older building with old linen etc but was quite clean and the location and view is excellent. Very friendly and helpful service. Would recommend for the smart traveler who is realistic and does not expect the Viscase for a budget price. Plenty of room in unit.

I stayed in room 67 for 3 nights and found the 1 bedroom apt suited my needs. Kitchen had a microwave & full electric stove with a very clean oven. Great views of the hinterland & ferris wheel from one of the balconies and could see the ocean from the other balcony. Found the traffic noise & loud late night party goers bothersome but all in all enjoyed my stay.

This is great 3 star budget accommodation-don't know anywhere you would get this sort of accommodation for the price we paid. Love the Coast and the centrabilty of this accom is superb. Remember it it is not 5 star and as 3 star it is superb! Peter the caretaker was really helpful and great to speak to.

1 no battries in TV remote 2.Broken chairs one with no back 3.Veneer peeling off wardrobe 4 Light from bathroom shines into bedroom 5. Plastic table on patio in pieces 6.room very dated and in need of total refurbishment urgently

Manager lovely and more than happy to help and greet you on arrival. Rooms are a little old but you get what you pay for. Good size and would be good for a longer stay as it has small kitchen. Great location and free parking makes it a plus. Would stay here again.

It is a clean apartment and better as I expected to the price. It is a very convenience location, only a minute away to shopping center like Woolworth supermarket, various restaurants, a minute away to beach, convenience to access public transport for where you like to go such as Movie World, Sea World, and public bus 702 to Gold Coast Airport (only $6 for a single ride and take 45 minutes, but with 5 minute walking from the apartment to bus stop if your largage is convenience to carry).

This was the cheapest and closest to where I wanted to go every day. Had I wanted 5 star accomodation I could have paid $200 a night, not had a decent kitchen and eaten at restaurants all the time, and had to pay through the nose for car parking to boot. For me it fitted the bill and was clean and comfortable with great views from the private balconies. Peter was very helpful and I appreciated the free parking and proper kitchen rather than just coffee making facilities. The only problem was the slow lifts and 13th floor check in. I'd go there again.

The manager was extremely hospital and friendly. Best service I have had in a long time! Would recommend it based on the service!!!

A very old building and the rooms are very old but the managers and onsite manager were very friendly and made you feel very welcome and were very helpful. close to everything. You pay for location not quality.

Impressed. For money, very good value. Was given a free upgrade with ocean views and balcony. Room was very clean and lovely fresh decor. Manager could not have been more obliging. 2 minute walk to beach or heart of Surfers Paradise. Small supermarket open underneath til midnight.

2nd time using this hotel and we enjoyed it much better second time round, Peter is a lovely person with a great nature and we will continue to go back to the Paradise Towers in surfers.

First time we arrived, Peter was a pleasure to deal with. We were aware of the friendliness and felt appreciated to stay at this hotel. In our case, such a simple attitude made our stay enjoyable.

Awesome if you are wanting an apartment for a week or so, great location close to beach and shops.

Good points: The hinterland view from our room was lovely. Kitchen appliances in good condition. Not so good: The noise and light from the heart of Surfers made it difficult to get to sleep. Some of the furniture is old and in need of repair.

The location is great! It takes about only 5 minutes walk to the main beach. Buses are easy to get to go to other attractions. The only thing is that if a quilt is provided,it was a little bit cold at night with blanket, it would be wonderful!. Highly recommended!!

Overall experience is good. Great location, friendly service. Room is fairly clean and low season's price for a family of 3 is not that good when compare with others around.
