Paramount Serviced Apartments Melbourne

Apartment was lovely, great location, good price, and free car parking in the heart of Melbourne. Most of the apartment was immaculate however a bit more attention to cleanliness in the bathroom would be appreciated, (some grime around the bottom of shower door)

Great MEL city location - close to theatres, CBD shopping and restaurants. Rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. Parking arrangements are a bit messy, but workable. Getting to the rooms from the check in means 2 sets of lifts -- means a bit of extra time. Good proximity to Parliment Station for train users and a ready supply of taxis out the front. Good hotel and good value.

It was close to everything and the rooms were very clean, the parking was good and the service was excellent. I would definately stay there again.

nice place, good facilites, close proximity to many attractions. Inconvenience to get parking validated for each exit, if doing this everytime for an extended stay in would get very annoying

Very good place to stay in a great location. Quiet with very good facilities. The free parking voucher was helpful in making our decision to stay there, but the process was a bit confusing. Will certainly stay there again. Thanks!

Very noisy at night. The situation will improve if the rubber seal of the windows could be properly fitted.

Great location, right in the heart of the theatre district and next to china town.

Great facilities and location (close to everything in the city). Huge kitchen and massive bedrooms. The family had a great time.

Considering we selected 4 1/2 to 5 star apartments, this was definetely in need of a review on your part. Whilst the apartment was ok, it was not really clean (my wife had to wash the cups prior to using them - almost mouldy). The place really needs an overhall. Another thing we were not happy about - it was on the 7th floor, but the windows opened up completely, with no security screens or protection. This would not normally be an issue for an adult, but we have a 3 yr old. We won't stay there again.

Good location and very modern decore. Great for a short stay and proximity to cultural precinct is great.

We have stayed at the hotel on two occasions, and both times our room has been unclean when we first arrived. The floors are usually a bit dirty and the cutlery is dirty, but the location is great for shopping in the CBD and it is spacious. We travel with our infant son so the 2 room apartment is great, it has a full kitchen and bath and the pool is very handy for entertaining our son. We were disappointed that on our second stay they could not accommodate us with a late check-out before our afternoon fight, as we wanted to give our son a nap before we flew home.

The apartment was fine although on the 7th floor, nightclub music from nearby Chinatown was unbearable and went to 3.30am, we will be looking at other accommodation options next time. thanks

Service re apartment was minimal, no clean towels, Issue to require you to go to counter to exit is a pain and the fact that you can't go to street level in one lift is also inconvieniant
