Paredes Hotel Apartamento is located in Rota dos Móveis – the Route of Furniture – in the centre of Paredes in the north of Portugal. It is very near the A4 highway and only 30 km from Porto. The property opened its doors in October 2007.
The hotel has 6 floors and 76 rooms, distributed by 30 Suites and 46 Studios. Additionally, the hotel has meeting rooms, one social room and offers also the elegant Restaurante Tradicional, with a traditional local cuisine. Next to the restaurant, there is a small bar as well.
Activities to do in this area include the Roman Route – to visit sights from the Roman Era – and the Vinho Verde Route – to visit wine producers (Quintas) for wine tasting.
There is also a good selection of sport activities to do here like go-cart, rally-cross, rafting, hiking and horse riding.

From the airport / or from Porto, take highway A4 / IP4 towards Vila Real.
Continue on the A4 / IP4, then exit the highway at Exit 11 Paredes.
After paying the toll, you come to a roundabout where you go left, towards Valongo / Porto EN 15. (From here you can follow the Hotel signs.)
At the first traffic light, turn right. Then take the first or the second street to the left.
Continue all the way on this street till it ends, then you turn left. Continue on this road and you will soon see the hotel on your left side.

All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding (or cots).
Older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night.

Supplementary HB or FB is free of charge for children 0-4 years, children 5-10 years are charged 50 %.
