Park Grand London Paddington

Sijainti erinomainen rauhallisella asuinkadulla kävelymatkan päässä Paddingtonin rautatieasemalta. Koska hotelli oli uusi, se oli vielä siisti. Ilmastointi oli hiljainen ja toimiva. Suihku hyvä. Saimme hotellin pienimmän huoneen, joka oli kahdelle todella ahdas. WC/suihkuhuone niin pieni, että pöntöllä mahtui istumaan vain sivuttain. Hotellissa olisi ollut isompiakin huoneita. Vastaanottohenkilökunta ei erityisen ystävällistä. Kallis aamiainen ei sisältynyt hintaan.

Quite good hotel @ reasonable prices. Smallish rooms ( stayed twice) but as an overnight base the size is fine. I stay in London 1 or 2 nights a week and this hotel is now on my list of regulars that I'll use if available < £100

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Heating bit wierd and little bit noisier than I would have liked. Also fitness room consists of on exercise bike and one cross trainer. And that was it! But nice hotel nonetheless.

Location good, short walk from Paddington. Room was ok except it was freezing cold in January because windows were not so good and the heating system was not enough to keep the room warm.

Upgraded to a club room which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and we were able to leave our case with them for the day after checking out, while we explored London.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast for around 8 pound. Paddington train station and bus stops were an easy 5 minute walk.

be careful on the bill, needed to check as they tried to post laundry twice and still charged more then they should of.

Hotel has reopened recently. The rooms were clean and new, always a positive. The hotel has strange inconsistencies - I checked in, having booked a single room, and was upgraded to a double room. The room was so small I can not imagine how 2 people would be able to share the space. Not only small, but also no windows available or working air con. I checked in again a few days later for 3 more nights. This time I was given a single room, which happened to be 2.5 times the size of the double room I had been upgraded to earlier. Go figure. The service is much to be desired. The manager is attentive and works hard to address all issues brought to his attention, but as for the front desk staff, good luck. It is in a good location by Hyde Park and Paddington station, but not worth the price charged for the rooms. If you are lucky to get a room with signal, you get free wi-fi internet, so some appeal there. At the end of the day, accommodation in London is expensive no matter what.
