It was a great hotel with excellent staff and great location 5 min walk to the metro and as well as the very nice Archaeological Museum. I highly recommend this hotel.
Basic Dislikes :- Internet costs 12 Euros per day. IMO, this should be free for such a hotel. My bathtub leaks water and the bathroom floor was always wet. annoying. Breakfast was the same every morning for 10 days. Location is not great. Expensive. Was removating partly when i stayed there in Jun 2010. Likes :- Relatively clean, Service was excellent. Very polite and great service staff i must say. Nice restaurant on the 8th floow. Superb view of the acropolis and lycabettus.
Service at reception desk generally very good and helpful; but restaurant and cafe service average. Suites very good with facilities in room as expected of 5 star hotel; standard rooms clean but limited facilities - no coffee making facilities, no face cloths and limited toiletries, cramped - not 5 star standard.
Food was excellent. Bathrooms with all modern amenities. Location was a bit out of the way for quick access to Plaka, etc.
Well situated hotel - next time will go for a room overlooking the gardens Very helpful staff Nice hotel with a pool Good breakfast (ate out for other meals) Lots of information on Athens attractions and how to get around in the foyer area.

We loved this hotel. View of the park. Lovely restaurant with fabulous views. Handy to everything AND major plus...pool and hardly any noise.
