Great rooms, very friendly staff, wonderful restaurant. Only bad was the location was far from main attractions.
The hotel is very clean and the facilities are good. The service and the food are very good. The staff are extremely helpful and helpfula and cannot do enough. The location is a little disappointing as is a long treck to the vatican, however the hotel has a complimentary minibus that will bring you to the vatican or nearest metro station. You need to arrange the night before. What is not advertised is that there is a train station about 10 minutes walk that will bring you to the metro so is not as bad as it seems to get back in the evening.

Good size room, helpful and friendly staff. Is out of the central area but shuttle is helpful and bus access good. Careful with taxi from airport as very expensive
Very small room for a 4 star hotel. Heating wasn't working and it was cold especially in the night. But it was very clean and the stuff was very friendly.
I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel. The location is not that convenient if you want to explore the city. If you want to take public transportation it takes you 30-45 min, taxi is good but add cost to your trip. The hotel is clean but breakfast is definately not what I could expect as it was missing many items.
A fantastic hotel. Great service, clean, fantastic breakfast. Staff speak English. The location is about a 40 minute walk from the Vatican City but the hotel provides you with maps on how to access the tourist attractions via bus routes and the subway.
The cleaniness was exceptional, especially the bathroom. Location straight off the A1 from Paris. Stayed in October and it was lovely. Would rebook.
