Great Hotel, Great location, great staff. I found the hotel staff to be pleasant. This makes a big difference. Also, the location is in the cnetral shopping areas, and about 10 mins walk to the nearest Metro station

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Big rooms and good service! The internet was expensive though, and so was the breakfast. But there are many places close by where you can have breakfast and free internet! Walking distance (5 minutes) to Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR-station. I will likely stay here again!

Park Hotel was great location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Make sure you ask if you want non-smoking - we didn't and got a smoking room.

Excellent location (5 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station), large room by Hong Kong standards, clean, well appointed room, free shuttle bus to and from Hong Kong station (for airport transfer) and efficient check-in and check-out. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would recommend this hotel highly.

Excellent location, convenient to restaurants, shops and sub-way just a short walk away. The foam pillows are uncomfortably high but there are the feather pillows on request that are just right. The beds are very firm but that's the case all throughout China. The rooms are much smaller than in the pictures on the website and very noisy even though I was on the 11th floor of a 16 floor hotel so bring ear-plugs. The air-condition is extremely noisy as well so it is noise on noise so be sure to bring ear-plugs. Hotel internet is very expensive at HK$40 for just 15 minutes. Despite all of the above it is a good hotel with very professional, helpful and friendly staff. There is also a free shuttle bus every 12 minutes that goes to Kowloon station that is where you can check-in for you international flights and then hop on the airport express train.

Counter staff at the hotel is very good and helpful and our check-in is efficiently handled. Housekeeping is also diligent in keeping our room clean and comfortable. The location is good enough for us as we can get around easily and with the Airport CityFlyer stopping right in-front of the hotel saving $$ and time. A very good value for money hotel for independent tourists to the city.

Check-in experience was unpleasant. To provide only 2 bottles of water for the whole duration of stay is in simple words "miserly".

It was a decent and clean hotel. Around 10-min walk away from the Tsim Sha Tsui station which was pretty convenient for us. A pity you have to pay for Wi-Fi if you want to use it. They should consider providing free Wi-Fi. Over all, it was a good experience!

very good service & location

For a hotel that has just had a refurbishment, the soundproofing in the rooms is shocking. We had to complain to the front desk every night that we were there. We heard every noise because we couldn't sleep on the hard, hard, hard single beds in a double room which we paid for. Not happy and would never go here again. We have stayed in the Park Hotel on the 4 times that we have visited Hong Kong but never again.

Hotel is OK, nothing fancy, will be good if you get free breakfast for a $250 / night hotel, also always book online as when you walk in the price will be higher.

It would be better if the hotel will provide free water for guest.
