Park Hotel is a modern building, quite close to the historical and to the shopping area, which offers to the tourist and to the businessman a nice staying in a pleasant and confortable environment. In a valuable context, completely renovated, the hotel is provided with a private parking and surrounded by a big public parking area. Room service, Internet point, fax service, reception and bar at disposal 24 hours. A wide breakfast room, relaxing spaces and a small meeting room are also available. Pets allowed. Recently renovated, the hotel offers rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, safe, TV satellite, radio, telephone with direct dialing, to assure a nice staying in a pleasant and confortable environment.

Getting there:by car Arriving from the highway "Milano Laghi", take the exit Como Sud and follow the indication for the lake and for the football stadium. Arriving from Switzerland, leave the highway at the first exit after the border (Como Nord) then follow directions to town centre. by train The hotel is located at about 300 meters from the main train station (Como San Giovanni) and about 600 meters from the railway station "Como Nord", from where it’s possible to reach Malpensa Airport and Milan Trade Fair. by plane The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa, from where a direct bus service to Como is available.

Car parking:A private garage ( reservation is requested - price € 10,00/day ) is available together with some free places in front of the hotel. A big public area all around on payment from 8 am. to 8 pm.
Child Policy:Children under 5 are free of charge if sharing the bed with parents.
There were a few good things I can say about this place, but overall the rating goes to "ordinary". Good things: Ham at the morning buffet. The lady who recommended a very good restaurant in town. Bathroom was spacious compared to the room itself. Area of improvement: Parking situation (no parking for the hotel, street parking only and we had to keep paying). The room was very small for 3 people even though I booked as triple. The beds were not that comfortable. The extra single bed was really small. Internet was not free. The price was decent for the area, so it is an OK hotel.

I was very happy with my stay. A couple of suggestions could be a refridgerator/minibar at the room, and better soap at the rooms (it's the usual hotel soap, which you can feel dries your skin ekstremely)
Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast ok, but not extraordinary. Room clean and comfortable.
Great location, reasonable pricing, good staff.
The walls are very thin and the traffic is quite noisy. So much so that I had to knock on the wall to stop the next door neighbour snoring! The room was tiny, but I was only there to sleep en route to Florence. But the location is great, the price is right and they serve a great breakfast.
The staff and management were very friendly and helpful and fluent in English. The Hotel is located close to the lake with a lovely park for walking along the lake but not too far to the main city area.
Located perfect in Como city centre, and close to the marina. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would encourage anyone to stay here, and we will certainly return.
