Great hotel with a fantastic view. Shiodome is not in the center of the city, but close, with both train and subway near by, and easy to get to from Heneda airport,
Very good hotel with great view and location. I didn´t like the smoking in the lobby. I prefer japanese breakfast as a standard for japanese hotels in general.
It was less nice than I expected for the cost. The room was small but a decent size for Japan. Some staff were initially not helpful but were helpful at other times. I arrived early and had difficulty checking in early and had to wait over 2 hours.
I really like this hotel it's the third time we have stayed here. All staff are really nice and super efficient. Nothing too much trouble, whether it is booking a taxi to currency exchange or luggage storage everything is followed through, you never have to ask a second time for anything, I realy like the atmosphere, the hotel rooms and the staff. Just wish that non smoking in the hotel lounge will happen some day
Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic views, we walked in to reception and you could see mt Fuji in the background with it's peak covered in snow. Service was high quality. Location was good for site seeing a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Can use Shimbashi station which is included in the JR Rail Pass, not too hard to find from station with an underground walk way.
very very nice hotel, well located near train and tube and in close proimity to the Ginza shopping district. Great views and very clean, rooms were adequate in size considering how compact the city is and i'm 6ft 2. Very nice experience and would stay again.
Room got very humid and we spoke to other guests who said the same thing. Air conditioner needs to be more powerful, otherwise, the room was nice and clean and the service staff was very nice.
The hotel was fine - your average business hotel. Rooms and hallways were getting a little tired. Rooms were clean BUT the initial room we were shown to stank of BO (yes, that's right, body odour). We asked to change so they promptly moved us to another room on the same floor that smelled significantly less, but still had the same smell. Location is fine but make sure you print off a map before you go otherwise you could walk around the station for ages trying to work out which exit to take.
The hotel is in an excellent location close to both the metro and the JR Lines. We used the Yamanote Line as it was only a few minutes from the Shibuya and Harajuku neighborhoods. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was a bit small but lovely and functional. We faced the Tokyo Tower and that made for some beautiful views in the morning and at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel provided a great base for the Tokyo part of our trip. It is part of the Shidome complex and connected via an underground passage and 5 min walk to the Shimbashi subway stop on the Yamamote line-made it very easy to get around Tokyo. The hotel is also very close to the fish market and hidden gardens-both worth a visit. We had dinner one night at the Michelin star TY restaurant-an interesting combination of French and Japanese cuisine. The staff were always very helpful and the limousine bus direct to Nirita from outside the hotel a bonus.
Excellent hotel and staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
location was very good, albeit a bit difficult to get to from Shimbashi station. Everybody in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms very very nice, and perfectly clean. I had a comfortable stay in this hotel, and would recommend to a friend.
Great views from the 25-34 floors that the Park Hotel occupies in the Media Tower. Four major train lines intersect under the hotel and Tokyo station is closing making travelling around Tokyo easy. Other new buildings in Shidome have a great selection of restaurants.
Very impressed with this hotel. Service from very helpful and friendly staff was excellent throughout, especially in the early hours after we arrived quite late! Very good breakfast in comfortable surroundings. Location is good and would certainly stay here again.
The Park Hotel Tokyo is a modern hotel with fantastic views of the city skyline available from all rooms. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful making arrangements and advising on getting about. The hotel has an excellent Business Centre and we feel this suits its business traveller orientation.
Make sure you really know your price/voucher. They put us initially in a standard room though we actually had a voucher covering a premium king/twin rooom. Absolutely beatiful contemporary hotel.
The service was exceptional with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean with nice modern decor. Location was good with good access to the efficient train system. The use of the free internet and computers was a very nice touch. A lovely stay, would go back.
Best hotel service I have ever received. Made my first visit to Tokyo amazing. The price was very high. For two drinks in the hotel bar I paid $56. But it had a great view. Pay the $60 or so to upgrade to the Tokyo tower view (and get a bigger room). I would return.
this hotel was awesome! the best views and location, friendly staff, english speaking concierge, they even upgraded our room to a nicer view when we told them it was our honeymoon.
