Recently stayed at the Park International on Cromwell. Rooms and lobby freshly remodeled. First three nights stayed in a double bed. Bed was firm, good room for a London Hotel. The next two nights in a single. Bed was a huge disappointment. Mattress was over worn out and flat. Definitely in a great area, close to tube, stores and great restaurants. Recommend a stay, just get a double size bed
Rooms a bit unpredictable: I have stayed here twice, the first time the room was beautiful, the next time it was a small and dirty pit hole! I would recommend you get confirmation of your room and its suitability before you book. It's a shame that such a potentially good hotel can let itself down so badly when there is really no need.
Would stay here again. Close to everything. Breakfast was very good - the coffee was excellent!!! Room small but did not matter as did not spend much time in it. Would recommend.
Our room was shabby, bathroom even shabbier. Basin really scratched and old and worn, bath complimentaries practically non-existant. Breakfast was like a rugby scrum, waitresses either not available or extremely busy, not being able to keep up with stocking up the buffet. However, the reception staff were very helpful and polite and friendly.
Very tiny room (after late check-in) but service was courteous and helpful. Breakfast substantial. Overall good value and excellent location.
We got a very small room and the aircondition made a irritating sound even when it was off... But friendly staff.
This hotel was in a perfect location for my visit and helpfully, within a 2 minute walk of the tube station and a wonderful waitrose, Ask, and little cluster of shops. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Rates were very competitive and given the brevity of my stay, that was welcome. My single room was quite small but adequate. My bed was a little uncomfortable and the curtains didn't quite meet in the middle, leaving street lights glaring through. Shower and facilities were good. Breakfast was disappointing and coffee not to my liking. Staff unfussed by checking off names and rather laissez faire. For a single female traveller, it felt a safe place to be, in a well lit (!) convenient location. I would probably stay again because of the price and location - but have my breakfast coffee elsewhere...
The rooms are old and tired, the breakfast provided was unappetising but adequate. The staff were not very helpful apart from Karl on the front desk and the cleaner. They charge for storing your luggage which is something I have not come across before.
very good deluxe quality continental breakfast and all hotel staff were professional and courteous. Kensington Palace, the V & A, Natural History Museum and Harrods were all within walking distance.
Great hotel for the price - this is London after all! Wonderful location as well, probably the best 3 star of its type I've stayed at in London.
The hotel is 5min. walk from the station - train connection to Victoria only 15 min. Thus a very good alternative to over-priced hotels in the centre.
Very convenient location, easy access to buses and underground as well as restaurants. Good spread of breakfast although staff seems to be a little unfriendly.
Hotel is fine set in a great location just three from the tube.
It was in a super area and the double room was lovely. I would stay there again!
We were delighted with the Park International Hotel. Particularly excellent breakfast selection, very good rooms with all the necessary items - television and up-to-date bathroom. We shall certainly recommend it.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Given a room upgrade due to a booking problem - very good bathroom and a little more space. Overall a geat hotel if you can get the on-line discount: a much better option than many of the B&B's around town for a few GBP's extra.
From the chambermaid through to the manager, always a pleasant smile and a helpful attitude from all personnel.
Enjoyed the stay!
Great value hotel - plush, friendly and in a good location.
Sometimes it would be helpful if those people checking out were served before those checking in because they might have to catch a train or a plane. We were nevertheless very satisfied with our room and the hotel on the whole. Thaqx a lot
