"The decor was extremely tired, paint splattered on carpet and other surfaces, the carpets had to be vacuumed before we could unpack, we had to request towels be brought to the room, the breakfasts were very poor quality of food. The fruit available at breakfast was old and without flavour and was either orange or grapefruit - no other varieties despite what was locally available, the cheese and ham were not kept at safe temperatures and were left out for several hours with no ice.
