Park Regis Concierge Apartments Sydney

I was a bit daunted by some negative reviews of the Park Regis concierge apartments, but was pleasantly surprised. The location was great for us as we were visiting family in Mosman. The studio apartment was well equipped, including a dishwasher and washer dryer. The bed was a bit of a surprise as it was designed to fold back into the wall to give more space - we only stayed one night so didnt do this - but the bed was firm and comfortable. Powerful shower! The road is noisy, but we kept the window shut and enjoyed the aircon. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Studio apartment. First impressions are worn out furniture, scuff arks everywhere on the walls. The kitchen was fine, but the washing machine was constantly leaking in the bathroom. Shower was great, as were all the services provided.

we were on the 5th floor military road side, little trafic noise. the balcony was small but very good to stand with a coffee and look at the city life, the people on the front desk were great, the room was small but for two people on a two day stay it is great. we will stay again.

when we arrived there was no parking ( which ment we were required to park in a side street outside - as i'm a amputee it was very hard to access your building )

It suited us especially the location. The apartment we had was pretty tired, there was a sign on the dishwasher "do not use", trim is starting to fall off, hot water wasn't that greatest. I'm glad I didn't pay any more for it. It was not made clear that parking was extra! The parking was extremely squeezy.

Although rooms are on the smallish side they are well equiped, clean and functional. Views are limited: only rooms on the south side (odd numbered rooms) have views back toward the harbour and bridge, and restricted to those on upper levels. Location is excellent if you don't need to be in the city. Buses at the front door (10 minutes to city)and quick access to major roads. However its great location means that rooms on the Military Road side(even numbers)may be a bit noisy for some. There are many restaurants within walking distance (Cremorne and nearby Neutral Bay). The hotel is handily situated above a pub (bar), supermarket, bottle shop (off license) and pharmacy. Parking is reasonable at $15 per day but very limited.

It's a tremendously convenient location with everything on the doorstep.

Military road is noisy but otherwise it's a good location if you want to be on the north shore. I stayed here temporarily until I got permanent accommodation in Sydney and it was fine.

As far as Sydney goes these apartments are quite small (studios) but perfect to lay your head down for a week or so. If staying longer I would suggest a 1 bedroomed apartment. Good value for money compared to the vastly over priced city centre hotels. would stay again. Location good for getting around. bus outside door city in 10 mins.

Outstanding front desk interaction. Very helpful. Room exceeded expectations. Breakfasts a bit average with no variety for diabetic guests. Elevators a bit slow. BUT - the actual accommodation and room services and facilities really first class, and very convenient to the Sydney CBD and sightseing areas. 5 stars for guest relations!

For a one bedroom apartment it was on the small side but had everything needed for a short stay. Bathroom could be updated but again was clean and serviceable. Furnishings all new and bed very comfortable. Location suited our needs, easy to get a taxi.

enjoyed my stay. recommended, although i took the advice of a previous post and booked the bigger room. my brother stayed here also in the smaller room and the bigger room is worth the extra bit.

Please provide residents with a key to their apartment's post-box. Leaving it unlocked is a recipe for theft as they're on the main road. (Some of my important mail was taken). Otherwise it's a good place.

Good value for an apartment with washing machine and cooking facilities

Staff very accommodating for my request to change rooms on arrival, so I coould take advantage of the great views over the harbour

I usually stay near CBD but stayed for first time on north shore. It's a great location and I've been convinced to live there when I move to Sydney next year. This place keeps its prices down by not doing maid service daily - which is fine, but they cut it down too much in my opinion. I don't need sheets changed more often than weekly but emptying the bin every 3-4 days would be nice, as would leaving a few sachets of dishwashing liquid etc! As it was I think I got service twice over 15 days (and one of those times was only 'cause I asked for a different room due to smell of mould in first one). I stayed in a studio - all studios are on Military Road (main road). Didn't bother me but if sound bugs you you might want to book a 1-bed apartment or go elsewhere. This place mostly got it right, just a shame a few little things aren't yet sorted out with the new management.

although the room was small , it was in pristine condition with all amenities available ie washing machine (even the washing powder) , stove with an oven, microwave , dishwasher , dvd player , probably the best valueroom I've booked in years.

The TV reception was poor for ABC channel. Would be nice to have a DVD player. Exhaust fan in kitchen does not work that well and fire alarm went off twice on my floor during my stay there (not triggered by me). Reception was courteous and helpful and my supplies were well replenished.

The 1 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious with great kitchen.A bit noisy when the balcony door was open but great location for shops and transport.

Location very good. Best to stay in single bedroom apartment on the side away from Military Road. Studio apartments a bit "average".
