"Close to Melbourne CBD with tram access at the front door. Exterior of Motor Inn looks a little tired, but interior rooms are freshly painted, with refurbished bathrooms and tea making facilities. All rooms are upstrairs, but no lifts, and parking is undercover. Entrance is a little tricky with a multiple roads and tram tracks with plantations, at the front door. " - John Fitzgerald
"Constant traffic noise, remote for tv flat battery, plus well located for tram access. " - Anonymous
"Unwelcoming reception, no toilet paper, not enough car parks for guests(some poor people got parked in), brown water, electric blanket didn't work(weather was freezing), dust everywhere, exhaust fan in bathroon loud enough to wake the dead, blind didn't work in kitchen so no privacy - other than that it was great!!!!" - Anonymous
"My only complaint is the access to the property is on one of Melbournes busiest roads and if you are not in the right lane you can end up stuck on a freeway. Whilst the buildings are quite old they are pretty well maintained and everything works well. Would like to see "Order in" food guides in the rooms as there is nothing on your doorstep but the surrounding areas have excellent restaurants within 15 minutes walk and the prices are excellent." - David Pickford
