By taxi or car: From the airport: Follow the Tullamarine Freeway, exit at the 'Flemington Road' exit. The motel is situated about 100 metres on the left-hand side. The room was clean and quite spacious, but not what we booked - down graded. Free parking was a plus. The tap in the bathroom had a constant run and could not be turned off. The service at reception was very poor, no smile, no interest, not very helpful.

Close to the venue fot the dinner we attended. Bed was comfortable.

Close to Melbourne CBD with tram access at the front door. Exterior of Motor Inn looks a little tired, but interior rooms are freshly painted, with refurbished bathrooms and tea making facilities. All rooms are upstrairs, but no lifts, and parking is undercover. Entrance is a little tricky with a multiple roads and tram tracks with plantations, at the front door.
My only complaint is the access to the property is on one of Melbournes busiest roads and if you are not in the right lane you can end up stuck on a freeway. Whilst the buildings are quite old they are pretty well maintained and everything works well. Would like to see "Order in" food guides in the rooms as there is nothing on your doorstep but the surrounding areas have excellent restaurants within 15 minutes walk and the prices are excellent.
At a convenient location for visiting the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Melbourne. Relatively close to Tullermarine Airport.
The reception staff was very accommodating regarding early check in. The apartments are surprisingly quiet considering the location at a main intersection. Very good cooking facilities.
This is ideal accommodation for either the Show grounds or Flemington Races at an affordable price. The apartment we stayed in left a bit to be desired for maintenance, however, I was satisfied that it suited the purpose of my stay.
Very convenient to access the Netball Hockey centre.
Overall a good place to stay. The heating could have been better, it just took a little longer to heat up. Appropriate for what we were looking for during our weekend stay.
Great spot - on tram line into the city. Showing its age and a bit small but good facilities in the apartment and lovely service at the front desk - they will sell you the tram tickets you need and help you find the right tram.
The apartments themselves were convenient and clean. Our only initial shock were the three flights of stairs. There were no ground level rooms. However, if you're fit, these apartments were very handy as they are just off the freeway and opposite a tram stop to the city.
We found it to be clean, friendly and convienient.
This was quite a commendable place to stay at.
DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER THE ROOMS ARE VERY NEAT AND COMFORTABLE. I RECOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR A GOOD CHEAP STAY.
Really good hotel for family accommadtion. Not flashy but very clean and well-appointed.
Apartments are well away from the adjacent highways and are quiet. Bed and seating are comfortable. Off street undercover parking is easy and close to rooms for a city facility. We would go again for a Melbourne visit.
