Good Location, Staff very cooperative
A new hotel with a great room. Service is great and impeccable when you have one or a few outstanding staff who are attentive and proactive in the needs of their guests. Very near to Da'an MRT Station, about 3mins by foot. No pool though but it isn't really important. The gym has only a few stations: bicycling station, Treadmill and weights (subjective to individual needs). The Uspace massage chair was great! My whole family is extremely pleased with the massage after a whole day of walking.
This is a New open Hotel. I found it owns a good location in Taipei city to through MRT to anywhere and the facilities either in room or in business and health club is nice and let me feel warm. The staff in lobby is friendly and patient to answer me any questions. I recommand anyone to be here again.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Taipei. The minor issue is its location. It is not on the main subway line that leads to Taipei main station so if you need to travel to that part of Taipei, you need to change train all the time. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. The business centre provides free internet and all day tea/coffee and refreshments. The entire hotel is non smoking.
Between Park Taipei and Howard Plaza, this new hotel is definitely a better choice. However without the extras, like swimming pool, though. Newspapers need to be ordered. Good location to go within Taipei. But do compare 2 other very nearby hotels - Fullerton 41 and another hotel..
Hotel is conveniently located near the dropoff point at Howard Plaza from the airport. Hotel staff are very friendly and alert on the guests requirements. They are also thoughtful (I was surprised by birthday cake!!)

The service was excellent from the moment we checked in till the departure. Staff were genuinely polite, helpful and even going the extra mile.... Would definitely recommend to friends.
A value for money hotel taking into consideration its service and location. It's less than 5 mins walk from Daan MRT station and about 10 mins walk to Sogo department store. Its' surrounding is quiet and our room faces greenery. My children's room faces the MRT track but the hotel's window are superbly soundproof. The small shop right next to the hotel serves delicious breakfast ( sandwiches and local stuff) at reasonable prices. Family Mart and Starbuck are just around the corner. Rooms are clean, bathroom is spacious and bed is firm bed with clean and crisp bedsheet. Small downside is the nearest drop-off/ pick-up point of the airport shuttle bus is at Howard Plaza. A nearby coffee shop (Coffee Plus on Fuxing Nan Lu towards Sogo) serves awesome and cheap Pearl milk tea. For ladies who love facial threading, there are a few friendly old ladies providing this service at the basement of Xingtiankong ( a temple) at just 150 NTD ! It's just about 30mins bus ride from the hotel.
The staff is very helpful. I requested for a wheelchair for my mum and they provided this free-of-charge. The location of this hotel is excellent, just across Ta-an MRT station. However, when we took the taxis, the drivers were not really familiar with the hotel as it is rather new. I highly recommend this hotel.
6 star service from all the staff in this hotel. furniture and Fittings are modern and classy but the quality is only 4 star standard. Very near to MRT station and only one station away from sogo. Try the breakfast outside the hotel. It is just right outside the hotel (2m after turning left). The burger is cheap and real good.

newly built hotel and the room size are big, suitable for family. 1 minute walk to da-an MRT station. food wise nothing much nearby but there is a starbuck nearby.
