Location does not get any better & the staff are super friendly. We stayed in a superior room where the open plan configuration of the bathroom is interesting - toilet & shower are in cubicles & the wash basin is situated in the middle of the room. I would definitely consider staying again but would pay that little extra for a deluxe room.
The hotel was in a great location. If you are into shopping ( i'm not ) this is the place for you.Its a short walk to most shopping centres. Rooms are a little small but at the end of the day you only sleep there.Buffet breakfast was included in our rate which was a bonus. Value for money and location you would be hard pressed to find better.
Room was very small. , bathroom was part of the bedroom. eg sink was right next to the bed. Had to crab up the other side of the bed. No view of the city. Hotel was in a good location next to large shopping centre , night food market and transport. Very clean, good breakfast although breakfast was included had to argue the point.

This was a great location for the shopping enthusiast. Surrounded by shopping malls. A big and very well presented haven with obliging and friendly staff. A comfortable and well equipped room. They had lost our booking when we arrived but organised another room for us, I think that enabled us to get a better deal because we were on the 17th floor.
the usual Parkroyal standard. great service, our romm was available at 9am after a long flight. great location, great pool and a lovely room. will definitely book here again on ur next visit.
Though room is abit small, but they have nice layout. Very clean, fast check in & check out. Friendly staffs, fast response on anything that we requested. Timesquare is just across the street. Had no problem at all with this hotel :) will definitely come back one day...

Good hotel, great location. The staff were very helpful. Only downside was there was no milk provided for coffee or tea, only creamer (yuk!).
Double room with queen size bed was adequately sized but not roomy. Basin and toiletry shelving in the main section of the bedroom. Shower room separate. Excellent service from staff. Breakfast and dining room facilities excellent. Fee for the hotel moderately priced.
Room Service was useless but service throughout the rest of the hotel was very good. Room was very good, roomy and clean. Pool was beautiful and relaxing with brilliant service. The buffet breakfast was the best - delicious and varied selection of top quality food.
Everthing was of a very good standard. Reception was both efficient and friendly. When we couldn't operate bed lights a tech was there in a few minutes to sort out the problem. The breakfasts were very good with a wide range of choices. Would definately stay again.
As a regular to Parkroyal, as always The hotel has great location, facilities and service for the price. This time I even got upgraded, which made the whole experience even better.
As usual hotel is in great location, room fine and staff friendly and very efficient. I stay here regularly and have booked with hotelclub again to comeback next year as the price is always excellent value for money.
Delighted with the early access to the room after an early morning arrival following a long flight. Staff and facilities were first class and will recomend to friends.
The room was very clean but it is very pricey.Internet at $20 per day is way over the top
Excellent staff/service- very prompt and polite. Beautiful room and facilities- very comfortable. Excellent location 2-5mins walk to nearest major shopping mall. Will stay again. Highly recommended.
This hotel is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. We ordered a club room which is definitely worth the extra money. The included cocktails for 1 and a half hours every day, and the continuous complimentary coffee and snacks in the club lounge were a real bonus. The rooms are quite large and very modern and comfortable. We will definitely stay here when we return to KL.
