PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport

After a 30 hour flight with stop overs welcome relief at a top class hotel stumbling distance from the terminal. All was great and very convenient for a quick kip, however one comment sound proofing between rooms is a little lacking.

Superior accommodation, extremely comfortable, enjoyed the special rate and was very convenient for next day flight. Highly recommended.

used to be the hilton. excellent hotel. stayed a number of times here. very handy.

Very convenient for business travel. Property is becoming a little tired in some of the more heavy traffic areas with patched carpet, marked walls etc being a poor reflection on the expectation of a "Hilton" hotel. Staff however are wonderful, friendly, attentive and courteous.

fantastic location although I think they take advantage of that with their charges as they are only one of two hotels as close to the terminals

Only problem I found was the bed was uncomfortable.

An excellent hotel for the weary traveller. So close to the airport, yet very quiet.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay at Hilton Melbourne International Airport Hotel. I inparticularly LOVED the scrumptious buffet breakfast - it was devine. The minute I got there I knew it was going to be a great stay. I would like to give credit to the staff who were very friendly and helpful - first impressions last so 10/10

we were travelling with 2 children and had a room with 2 double beds. we found the room to be spacious.

Excellent for late arrival - I reached the hotel at 1am. Efficient check in and felt like a safe environment for a lone female. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

It is always so nice to stay at the Hilton Melbourne International Airport Hotel when one has an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it is so good to get an extra two hours sleep. I find the restaurant a bit disappointing though, there was an excessive use of oil in the dish I had and the ambience of the room is lacking a bit. Small price to pay though for that extra sleep!

4.30 am breakfast in my room before my early flight was just perfect and politely delivered exactly on time too!

We stayed in an immaculate room on level 7- great view of planes landing. Staff were very polite. Unfortunately our first room (619) reeked of cigarettes but we were moved to a non smoking floor by a lovely, helpful staff member when I requested a change. Breakfast was in the price--excellent buffet.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The staff totally messed up my account. don't know who was worse, the staff at the reception desk, who were rude and uninterested, or the manager who would not listen to the problem. The result is that I paid for the hotel room twice and was unable to use my forex to purchase gifts. I would add that I ordered room service which was paid for in cash and I was charged again. This resulted in another huge argument and delay in me checking out. It is obvious that the staff at this hotel have not been trained correctly or that they have no desire to being there. Will I stay in another Hilton hotel, I THINK NOT! Lasly, I would like to add that the maintenance at this hotel is poor, with the tiles in our bathroom on the floor lifting, the door stop in the bathroom being broken, two lights in the room flickering when we checked in and requiring new tubes and extremely dirty walls. There is obviously nobody carrying out room inspections.

Hilton at International airport is looking very tired. Carpet in passageways looks dirty and frayed at edges. receotion staff were excellent. Breakfast hot food was cold. Coffee was cold

Very convenient for air travellers; staff mostly helpful and friendly; rooms comfortable and well equipped; small problem dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Given the price and the rating of this hotel.Some new grouting and a splash of bleach in the bathroom wouldnt go astray!

The Staff were all well presented and very friendly and helpful. Room was large and sparkled, everything in its place and immaculate but welcoming. Only SLIGHTLY down side was when I ordered a product (non food) I was informed they were out of stock for two weeks, I ordered the item anyway to be delivered to my home address when it was finally available, when I checked out, the Concierge didn't know anything about it and couldn't find a record, so I guess I not getting my robe. Everything else was brilliant (beware the portion sizes, they are huge)
