It's a serviced apartment so expats mostly stay there. Wireless is available but sometimes have poor reception. Free shuttle service to/from the airport. Walking distance to downtown Vientiane. Staff are friendly and speak resonably proficient English. The rooms are big,with microwave and kitchen. It's a nice hotel except hot water in the shower is erratic.
