Parkville Motel Melbourne

This is your basic motel and what more do you need if you are just wanting a bed for the night.Why pay for all the bells and whistles when you won't have time to use them.If you just need somewhere clean and comfortable and convenient then give this motel a try. I will certainly visit again.

Good price for location. Walls a bit thin, noise from neighbournig rooms. Close to good restaurants, easy accett to city.

Good Value For Money

Very clean, basic facilities for motel room. For the location the price was very good. Close to most basic needs areas. Person on duty at time of check-in a little unsure of booking being made through internet. Very adequate for the reason of our stay.

Motel older type , comfortable, good position , I stayed for four nights and the cleaning of the rooms and bed sheet changes were a bit slack this would be a worry for some but does not concern me to much. overall the price and position would send me back again.

I was only here for 1 night due to renovations being done on my house, so I didn't really care much about the standard of this hotel. However, it would be quite adequate for travellers needing cheap accomodation in Melbourne. It is extremely handy to public transport into the city and has parking right outside your door. Only complaint was the lack of heating. I couldn't find any!

Quite an average stay but was good enough for the cost

This was one of the best places I've stopped in Melbourne. Loved parking outside the door and all staff were extremely helpful.

Inside the rooms are very fresh, clean and modern. They do not charge for cots, which is really great! Very impressed with value for money at a very reasonable price, and very handy to the childrens hospital (close driving distance).

This is a friendly family managed motel - they were very obliging at all times. It is very close to the tram for going into the city and this only takes about 20 minutes. It is about a $15.00AUD taxi ride from the CBD which was necessary late at night.

An older motel, but clean, convenient and friendly. Would stay there again.

Staff were absolutely fabulous! Rooms were low cost but pleasant and clean. Short hop to Melbourne city and within walking distance to shops etc. in Brunswick. I would definately consider staying again.

Ideal budget accommodation with friendly service and close to train and tram.

Very reasonably priced. Rooms have recently been renovated and are very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and welcoming. I was allowed to leave my car from early in the morning. Left my breakfast order under the door, very very late. Breakfast delivered on time.
