Getting there:Parkville Place Apartments is located 5kms north of the city centre. The apartments are close to two of Melbourne's main gateways - the Tullamarine Airport, just 20 minutes away by road; and Sydney Road, the last leg of Hume Highway from Sydney and other points north. Trams are available within 5 minutes walking distance away, and provide ready access to the city's principal railway stations at Flinders Street and Spencer Street. Taxis are plentiful.

Car parking:Limited under cover car parking and street parking.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room, only stayed one night, was convenient and very comfortable and quiet. If you want a balcony room you must stipulate it when you book as not all rooms have one. Would stay there again.
Good location for the purpose of our visit to Melbourne. It would have been a fine place to stay if cooling of air conditining unit would have been working in one of Melbourne's hottest days of Summer

close to public transport and the city of melbourne. Easy to find by car. Bathroom a bit small however enjoyed the stay.

This accommodation is well located for me to visit relatives in Carlton and Brunswick. Free carparking is a bonus, and the tariff is very reasonable. My only negative comment is about ventilation. It was 42 degrees celcius when we arrived, and the small room airconditioner took hours to have any effect. The next day was much cooler, but it was difficult to open a window to get fresh air. This was probably an exceptional event. I will stay there again - excellent value for money!
