"Excellent location at a reasonable price. Staff are all very friendly and willing to assist you.
Rooms have all amenities: TV, tea/coffee, hairdryer. My room had a bath but only a hand-held shower attachment.

"This is an excellent boutique style hotel in central Edinburgh. I paid £75 for a twin room which in central Edinburgh is very competitive. The room was small but finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful and service was good. The public areas are beautiful and in keeping wih a Georgian property. There has been some updated to the fabrics and soft furnishings and this just adds to the overall feeling of quality. I would stay here again." - Martin Glover
