Great hotel to stay. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff and good service, free parking right at the front of the unit. The location is handy for people driving further down to the south. Will certainly stay here again if coming to Greymouth in the future.

Paroa Hotel offer this modern unit that has a king size bed in the lounge with two single beds in the bedroom. There is a seperate bathroom. It has a modern kitchen and lounge area also a balcony for the 'outside' living. Sleeps Max 4 people

Contemporary Unit

Paroa Hotel offers a one bedroom unit with a contemporary design. The kitchen and lounge have an open plan design with full cooking facilities. The lounge has leather couches with a flat screen TV having 8 Sky Channels. Sleeps Maximum 2 people

Family Unit - Option 1

This is one of Paroa Hotel's family unit it has a queen-size double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the main room, it has a small lounge area and a nice modern kitchen with microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, fridge and bathroom. It also has a balcony for 'outside' living.

Family Unit - Option 3

This is Paroa Hotels two bedroom unit. This unit has one bedroom with a queen-size double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a single bed set up in the lounge. The bathroom separates the two bedrooms and can be accessed from either bedroom. It has a modern kitchen and lounge area plus a balcony for the 'outside' living, this looks onto a lawn area. Sleeps Max 5 people

Family Unit - Option 4

Paroa Hotel has a stand alone house. It has one room with a queen-size double bed, another room with two single beds and a third room with a queen-size double bed and a single bed. It has a large bathroom with spa-bath and shower and a separate toilet. With a neat kitchen and large lounge area. Plus this unit has its own laundry facility with access to a large clothes line. Outside has a small court yard area and plenty of off-street parking. Sleeps Maximum 7 People
