"Very very basic hotel which on first appearance looks to be in the middle of nowhere. It was however only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the local village and beaches. To get into the city of Athina it takes about one hour by tram (located just over the road from the hotel). A bus to the port takes 30 minutes and also to the airport. The staff actually got up extra early to make us coffee as we were leaving before breakfast. " - Lawrence Needham

"The hotel has very friendly staff, one of the ladies would do laundry, and iron it for you if asked. Very convenient for bus, express bus, taxis from airport
Voula is Quite is not close to Athens and Paireas, but 30 mins and a very cheap fair, if one uses the right bus!

Hotel PARTHENIS is a pleasant small hotel situated in Voula, a beautiful southern suburb of Athens, on the main road just cross the 1ST Voula beach, 15 kilometers from the city centre and 18 kilometers from El. Venizelos the new international airport. Just 50 meters from us is bus and tram station, with easy access to Athens’ centre or port of Piraeus.
Recently renovated, the hotel has 20 rooms all feature an en-suite, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi free internet access, mini bar, and air conditioning. There is an onsite bar and restaurant. The restaurant offers continental or English breakfast, and is open in the evening for dinner, however the restaurant is only open during the summer months.

The easiest way to get to our hotel is the E96 express bus from Athens airport directly to our door step (50 meters) from hotel entrance ( bus stop 1st. Voula beach ). Price/cost 3.50€ for a 24 hour bus, tram and underground pass.
