Our seventy-one room family owned and run hotel provides a blend of traditional Thai courtesy and hospitality with comfortable surroundings, creating an informal atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy your self. The magic of our hotel begins with its location, directly on the beach, in the middle of the two miles of powdery white sand that is Patong Bay. The bay, which is gently lapped by the clear waters of the Andaman Sea, is the largest and best known resort on Phuket. The beach with the pool, children's pool and sundeck complete with hotel sun beds and parasols. It's sometimes tranquil, and sometimes full of the sound of laughter and enjoyment.

Check-in Procedure:Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specified otherwise by the Hotel writing.

Child Policy:No charge will apply for children of 12 years or under, sharing parent’s room utilizing existing bedding. Maximum one(1) children per room. If additional bed is required, the standard extra bed charge will apply. -Breakfast and others meals for children between 4-12 years will be entitled to 50% discount. -Maximum 2 children sharing room with 2 adults (An Extra Bed for children is the same price as adult) -A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 3 years old.
You really feel the family owned hospitality of this hotel. It had a down to earth cultural welcoming feeling unlike some of the robotic 5 star resorts were the staff seem like machines paranoid that that they may say or do something wrong to the clients because they're watching manager would fire them. If you're not there to judge and compare and you're a layed back cool person then you'll love it at this hotel. If you're rude to staff then go to a 5 star. Loved it and I'll return.
We enjoyed our 3 days here but the beachside location did not live up to expectations. Certainly there was no view from the room, but the room was large and very respectable. The breakfasts overlooking the beach were very good and the beachside bar and restaurant are well located. I personally blame the architect for taking no advantage of the beach front location as far as the aspect of the rooms are concerned. But otherwise we had no complaints.

This was our first visit to Phuket along with 2 other couples and we all fully agreed that we couldnt have chosen a better location. The hotel was small but had every facility that we needed. The best part was walking out of your hotel room and having the beach on one side and the street with all shopping on the other side. The staff were always very friendly and very quick to respond to any request. Would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again next time in Phuket.
Nothing to complain except there are mosquito which is quite common there..
Faultless location right on Patong Beach and handy to everything that Patong has to offer. The facilities are basic; offering the standard spa/ massage, a restaurant which also provides the daily buffet breakfast which is fairly limited in choices. The rooms are reasonably spacious although any room with a view comes at a higher cost. The highlights are direct beach access (where you can also dine) and the daily "happy hour" from 5 to 7pm at the bar which services the restaurant where all drinks are 2 for 1 - perfect to sit, enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset over the Andaman. Not a flash hotel, but comfortable. As the Real Estate agents say... Location, location, location!
Location is perfect, right on the beach. food is great!!! Hotel a bit stingy on towels and other toiletries, you have to pay for anything extra. Bathroom is a bit old and mouldy in some places, linens were not changed during the stay (6 nights)
Patong beach is just outside the hotel! location is good. The room was good and resort like. The service given by the staff there was excellent. The only thing about the room is the tiling. The tiling gets a bit wet when the aircon is on. Other then that, everything was good.
