"Loved the hotel. We stayed in the superior twin room on 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Excellent room. Beds were firm but very comfortable. When we arrive they offered an upgrade to one of their highrise rooms that was lovely and overlooked the sea but our room overlooking the pool was better and easier to access the pool. Staff were extremely helpful. Had no problems with any additional charges like some people have experienced. It was lovely to see the staff dress in their traditional clothes each day. The hotel was very quiet yet in the heart of the everything. Will definately stay at Patong Beach Hotel again. Loved it. " - Kerri Polites
