Patong Resort Phuket

We have stayed at this hotel several times and had a great time every time. The check in / out process is smooth and the reception staff very polite and friendly. The cafe for breakfast is very good with efficient staff, also very polite and friendly. The pool areas are well maintained and the one pool bar is run by Deng and her offsiders who provide responsive, quick and friendly service. The housekeeping is also very efficent provided with a happy "good morning" and prompt service for any requests. The hotel is really well positioned with great access to Bangla Rd, the Beach and the main bar and shopping areas. It's a friendly, fun place to stay. It's position also provides a quiet place away from the street noise at night. We will stay here again.

Exceptional hotel that is unbelievably close to Bangla Rd. It has its own entrance to it. Absolute must stay if you can get one of their cheap stay deals.

Excellent location, very comfortable although my wife is F&B manager of the Sheraton and we get a huge discount, we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel you recommended and will once again stay there. Dr Clarence

In general, the hotel is quite sophisticated especially for the location. However, there is a little complain about the bed condition. It should be replaced with a better one which has a better quality for a 4 star hotel. When I layed down on the bed, I can felt the metal spring coil on my back. Breakfast is good with sufficient varieties but some of the waitress especially the one who makes the omelet, boiled egg etc serves the guest with very rough and no smile at all. other employees are quite nice and serve the guests with smile. In overall, the hotel is quite OK.

The hotel was amazing. It was just 200m from the beach and right in the centre of all the major attractions. Perfect location and an amazingly cheap price. We had an excellent time!!

Great location, walking distance to the beach and eateries, everything close by but not close enough that the noise from the nightllife keeps you awake. 2 pools were both clean and were lovely to swim in if you wanted something less crowded than the beach. Variety of food available for breakfast. Tour desk on site very handy. Staff can organise airport transfer but it is much more expensive than if you speak with taxi/tuk tuk drivers. Internet access available in the foyer min of 90 baht for 30 mins but can use over max 3 days, we found this expensive

Nice big hotel.. excellent location.. 2 mins walking to beach and nightlife areas.. nice buffet breakfast.. and reasonable pricing.. worth staying..

We enjoyed our family stay in this hotel. Our boys are 12 and 10 and stayed in a room opposite ours. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, facilities in the hotel were good and the staff very friendly. Right in the heart of Patong, but fortunately quiet during the night.

Our family group of 11 adults & children stayed 7 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. 2 large swimming pools. Location outstanding. Close to beach, busy streets, shops, reataurants & massage centres. Would not hesitate to go again if opportunity arises.

Initial room provided was very average both in terms of appointments and location. Hotel upgraded us to a better room after a day so their flexibility in this regard was appreciated. Facilities are good including pool, tennis courts and good quality dining areas. Location is good as it is it's own enclave while close to the hustle and bustle of Patong.

Nice room in low building, but rooms in main building not so good. Location very close to centre of Patong. A bit of noise from fireworks at beach, but generally pretty quiet. Great breakfast

This is an excellent hotel. Like an oasis in Patong area. Super friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lovey outdoor pool. Superb value for the price. Choose deluxe.

Good location one block from beach and near Bang La Road and wide variety of all types of restaurants. NOTE: Noisy renovations currently going on in wing two; request a wing not under renovation. Both pools should be open by high season.

This was our second time staying at the Patong Resort Phuket, the locations is perfect - about 1 min walk to the beach, markets about 30 second walk and the hotel is perfect (we stayed again in the new wing). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again.

This resort is rather large and consists of two large buildings, I was situated in the garden area which I found to be very pleasant. There is easy access to the beach on one side and to the town on the other side, it's only a five minute walk to the jungcelyon shopping centre. There are plenty of places around to dine, the hotel has three restaurants of it's own and they put on a very good breakfast buffet. The staff are very courteous making it a very pleasant place to stay I would certainly recommend this hotel.
