Getting there:Driving is our recommendation as it enables guest to travel easily all over Wine Country. Alternatively, there are several daily coach services from Sydney to Wine Country. For specific directions to Patrick Plains Estate consult our web site.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is after 3.00pm. Reception closes at 6.00pm and guests arriving after this time can collect their keys in the Guest lounge. Cancellations cannot be accepted less than 7 days before arrival.
Car parking:Guests can arrive and depart from our porte cochere at Reception and parking is adjacent to rooms. There are no steps at Patrick Plains Estate!
Child Policy:Infants under two are welcome at Patrick Plains Estate!
A very personal service was delivered and we were welcomed by the owner and made to feel like guests rather than customers.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was first class and the personal service superb. It was sheer luxury to sit on our private veranda enjoying the excellent complementary Shiraz and canapes. Would recommend it to anyone.

The service was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly. The experience in the tranquil, peaceful and romantic vineyards of Patrick Plains estate was very memorable. It is too bad that our stay was not long enough. If you like a place that is remote, peaceful and an escape from busy city life then this is an experience you'll never forget.
This is a small very intimate hotel. It's a litte away from most of the action of the Hunter but if you want somewhere very quiet and restful this is the place. The management were very helpful and obliging. It's lovely to sit on the balcony and have breakfast and watch the birdlife. The breakfast was included in the rate and was very good. I would stay there again!!
Stunning 5 star property where no detail has been left to chance or overlooked. The hosts have travelled extensively during their lives and have the knowledge and expectations that a true traveller has come to expect. Stunning surrounds and the midweek rates are a steal for such quality. Would recommend strongly.
