Getting there:Shannon Airport Limerick At Shannon Airport, take the 1st exit of the Roundabout onto the N19. At the next Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19. At the next Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19 (signposted all routes). At Shannon Town Roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to the N19 (signposted Galway, Limerick). At roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the N18. Continue on the N18 until you reach Limerick City. At Coonagh Roundabout, follow the Signs to Cork. At the next roundabout, take the right exit for Cork. Proceed on the Dock Road until you see a Shell Petrol Station and Turn left. Continue through 2 small roundabouts and the hotel entrance is on your right

Car parking:There is ample free Car-parking for Guests in our Under-ground Secure Car Park.
Child Policy:Children under the age of 12 years may stay in their parents room free of charge with all meals payable to directly to the hotel.
We had a long walk from the bus station (3.2 km)(we thougth it was closer to the city)Bur when we got to the hotel we were very pleased. Easy to take the bus to city center(bus every 20 min) The room was big-and the hotel restaurant was nice. There was also a shop nearby, where we could buy wine and snacks.
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Complimentary internet was fast, unlike most free offerings. No WiFi though, you needed to be able to connect a network cable. Off street car parking in the hotel basement was also great since it was pouring with rain when we arrived. A little bit farther out of town but a supermarket just around the corner.
We were very happy with our stay here and would reccomend it.
The staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Check-in was efficient and speedy. In general the hotel was very clean and bright. We enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again. One word of caution, while we found the hotel to be brilliant it is located in an area not suitable for walking at night.

Actually really enjoyed my stay and the girls on reception were truly very pleasant and helpful
The staff was helpful and pleasant, but not very professional. I was asked to pay when checking in, but only was given receipt when I departed (although I asked to get it as soon as possible). More importantly, I requested a wake up call, and did not receive this service, which caused me an unnecessary stress before an important meeting. Last, there was no hand towel in the hotel, merely a bath towel. All this is odd in a four stars hotel.
Verry good accomodation, large room with comfortable space, clean and calm
Only fault was room not ready when we arrived mid afternoon otherwise a lovely hotel.
