Rooms are too old and need renovation. Sea-View from the room was very good. Average hotel with good location.
I have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions, and will do so again. Whilst being one of the older "big" hotels in Pattaya, it represents very good value for money. Its main features are its excellent location on Beach Road, a private swimming pool which is above street level so it enjoys a cool breeze all day (even when the sun is burning down on you) a good sized room and a full breakfast which is included in the price. The only thing I'd suggest (if asked) is that they install a DVD player in each room to complement the TV cable service. Not many English-speaking guests stay there, but the staff are helpful and mostly friendly.

Hotel location is centrally located.Shoppng malls are within 5 to 10mins walking distant.Housekeeping need to improve.
This hotel is good for location, specially meeting peoples but who want some business facilities as well or internet communication, then it would not be good. Hotel Staffs were friendly and breakfast were so so. We have been allocated one room on 8th floor and the telephone line were faulty and no direct dialing phone. Based on the cheap price we can say it OK.
i enjoyed staying here breakfast was excellent and varied every day even had thai food for my girlfriend room was nice and sun terrace and swimmng pool good
Nice pool, breakfast buffet, good location. My only small complaint is the wait for an elevator, since there are only 2 and the hotel was full.

This Hotel is located close to the beach in a very pleasant part of Pattaya. Very close to the shops and stalls. The staff are so friendly. Basically a very well run hotel. The food at breakfast is one of the best I have bhad regarding choice and quality. I would like to visit again. An excellent hotel for good value.
