"We were thrilled and very satisfied with our stay. All the people are great and the facilities were wonderful. If we have to say one thing, there were a few days of renovation that were a bit disturbing, but that is all. Will definitely come back another time!! PS. "As with most of the Thai culture, their service was just gorgeous - welcome drinks, cool towels, escorted to the room was all facilities and amenities shown and explained. We were lucky enough to be ungraded on arrival too! To the Royal Suites down by the beach! Let's just say WOW! Very nicely finished and can be highly recommended for those wishing to splurge, but not OTT.
