"The hotel service is very good. The staff has been very helpful. The only negative seems to be the hotel "lifts". The allocation of the lifts to service only on certain floors, whilst it is a good concept, need to be fine-tuned further.Reason being the waiting time for the lifts is exceptionally long when you have public frequenting the hotel restaurants which are located on the 4th floor (if I remember correctly).
