The Lo Wu Railway Station, Huang Gang Border and the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre are within close proximity. While Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport is only a 30-minute drive away.

Car parking:The Pavilion Century Tower boasts a spacious car park with more than 4500 lots, located at ground level and in the basement, that caters easily to large-scale functions. Direct access to the hotel main entrance can be made via the approaches from Huaqiang Road North and Hong Li Road.

They should improve their elevator floor-call system. Hotel guests have to wait for a long time to catch a ride on the "right" elevator unit
The facilities and services provided by this hotel is worth every dollar spent on it. The elevator service needs improvement though. With their present setup, it requires a several minutes wait at the lobby just to be able to get the right elevator that services my floor.
Staying in Pavilion Hotel Shenzhen was a great experience. The staff were very courteous. They did everything possible to make my stay pleasent. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good though a bit expensive. The hotel is close to a busy electronics market and retail shops. You could find almost all electronic house hold product and fashion accessories. The only negative I could think of is there was no international dinner buffet and i could not eat the Chinese Hot Pot. I would certainly stay next time when I'm in Shen Zhen.
This is 2 Hotels. The Pavillion and the Century Tower. (Next to each other.) Fantastic value for money.
If the hotel can provide the free shutter bus to pick up the guess from the station / port to the hotel that will be more better.

Excellent hotel , well placed , very clean , modern and inviting. Staff could not do enough . The food was buffet style but very very good. Goood value for money

The hotel service is very good. The staff has been very helpful. The only negative seems to be the hotel "lifts". The allocation of the lifts to service only on certain floors, whilst it is a good concept, need to be fine-tuned further.Reason being the waiting time for the lifts is exceptionally long when you have public frequenting the hotel restaurants which are located on the 4th floor (if I remember correctly). It can be most frustrating if the public do not appreciate queuing.
