Getting there:Pavilions Palm Beach is located approximately 4km north of Coolangatta airport, 10 minutes from Robina Train Station and 20 minutes from Surfers Paradise. Connection transport is available from Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports. By car, our easy location on the Gold Coast Highway and is situated in the middle of Palm Beach precinct. Secure underground car park for one car per apartment. Other parking for an extra car is available in the Coles car park situated on basement 1 under Pavilions Palm Beach.
Check-in Procedure:If checking in after office hours go to reception entry and you with find a button called "Late Check-ins" The operator will give code for safe where you will find instruction on how to get to your apartment.
Car parking:Parking 1 Complimentary Car space available. We are sorry to advise NO ADDITIONAL CAR SPACES ARE AVAILABLE. ** CAR PARK CLEARANCE IS 2.15 METRES. Parking is available in the shopping centre secure car park.

I found this place had all that we needed although as you were not allowed to hang towels off the balcony a clothes airer would have been great!
I checked in late, and was treated with respect. The apartment was large, roomy, good facilities and ideal for what I wanted. The staff I encountered were terrific, and took the time to talk and went out of their way to be helpful. Thanks!

Great location, great pool, close to all amenities. Would definitely stay again.
We have a good stay. We found the facilities second to none. The service from the staff was very helpful, they organized taxis for us and whilst we were walking out on the ave. They approached us and told us a good place to eat.
Well appointed apartment. Great having Coles downstairs and the kitchen to cook meals. Very spacious and comfortable to spend a few days on the coast.
Nice and neat. Good facilities. Supermarket under the complex, which made it handy for self catering. Unit was roomy enough for the family (compared to other units we have stayed in). Good value for money.
All new appliances with separate bedroom was great. Inclusion of DVD player was also good. Round sink in corner of bench was difficult to use and reach. No security screens meant balcony door had to stay shut and locked overnight while no key was provided to unlock bedroom window. (Would have liked fresh air)
