Pearl Residence Hotel Apartments Dubai

the hotel was good and the free breakfast buffet it change evryday , the stuf is frendly and the resption is flexeble for early check in or check out. but i hop to put a hair dryer in a bathroom , and slipper also.

we swiped a good rate and the staff were very courteous. There were some issues in dining space during the breakfast buffet but it was fine as it was Christmas. The experience was fabulous nonetheless, thanks to the staff!

The room was spacious. The location was good near the Burjuman mall and the 5 minutes walk from Burjuman Metro station. The furniture was very basic, the electrical appliances terrible and generally the cleanliness not very good. The hotel had good recreational facilities.

Even though I had miscalculated our arrival time the staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in half a day early at a small fee. The room was clean but in desperate need of a soft refurb - due to the humidity there is a mildew smell trapped in the carpets and curtains. Internet was a little bit expensive and not the easiest to use but at least available. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very nice, you got the hot and cold options. It was a new experience to eat curry at breakfast time but very tasty.

not a bad hotel, only made a mistake with the room we required instead of double ended with 2 single beds.This happened to a few other guest also as they were at the desk at the same time. but all said and done a clean room and a good breakfast at a resonable price

the place was nice. ok. it served the purpose for which i required it. it is nothing fancy, but its very practical, and nice.

Good hotel with friendly staff. My only problem is that you have to really check your account slip as you could be double charged for phone calls, meals and room rates.

An excellent hotel to stay in. Very centrally located and a hotel you can always come back to over and over again while visiting Dubai. The best friendly customer service staff who provide a prompt and efficient service. Highly recommended to other travellers heading to the UAE.

Brilliant place to stay, home away from home, handy to all the central area of Dubai. Buffet breakfast provided had a lovely selection. The only thing that would enhance would be supply of dish cloths and teatowels for use in the apartment

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and I have again found it wonderful. The price is perfect, the rooms are very quiet, the staff are helpful and the location is great (near a great shopping centre and walking distance to the creek). I will continue to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Dubai. Thank you very much.

Good value , clean & tidy hotel. However, both our apartments had a strange 'burnt toast' odour in them throughout the 3-night stay?

Nice and spacious, also a nice poolarea. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

For the late booking price (£45) I would stay here again.

We booked the Pearl Residence with the understanding that it had 24 hour check-in but found this was not the case. Room, breakfast and staff were good.

This hotel is very close to the Mall.

A good all round budget hotel for Dubai. Good for families as they have apartments.

Good location and has a shuttle bus to the beach which is useful.

Well placed for supermarket, an electronics mall and Burjuman Centre. Taxis normally readily available. Arrived early in morning and were allocated an apartment and as we were to leave very early on final morning were given vouchers for breakfast on day of arrival. Kitchen was clean but cooker rings could have been cleaner and marks on furniture [very few] should have been removed. Seemed housekeeping did minimum but overall, rooms, were clean.

our accommodation was a one bedroomed apartment that was very spacious complete with excellent facilites.
