This hotel was a little old but staff were so friendly and once we knew where to find it the location was pretty good.
The hotel was perfect for our visit for the World Club Cup in December 2008. Our room was cleaned every day, the staff were really friendly and despite our efforts to communicate in Japanese most of the staff were able to take pity on us and speak pretty good English (thank you!). Breakfast was interesting but you could easily fill up on toast and coffee if the Japanese fayre was not to your taste. Our room with ensuite bathroom was more than adequate - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Yokohama/Tokyo area.

I was quite impressed by the hotel and service. The buffet breakfast was fantastic.
Close to JR subway, very clean and quiet with good buffet breakfast. Excellent value.
Hotel staff is kind and helpful, although this is true in general for Japanese people. Room and bathroom are a bit small, but clean. Breakfast is good. The hotel is not close to downtown, but train station is just a few-minutes walk away.
