Pembridge Palace Hotel London Guest Reviews

4 out of 5

Very good location, welcoming, polite and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room and good breakfast. Definitely stay there again.

I wasn't expecting the best at this price and for one night's stay such as ours this hotel was ideal. We were going to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall that evening and the hotel's location was fine for us - 20 minutes walk away. The room was very clean but small and not much storage space. A nice bath but didn't try the shower. The beds were comfortable but the pillows weren't. Breakfast wasn't a good experience. There were a lot of students staying and perhaps they all decided to eat at the same time but there was a shortage of crockery and cutlery so we ended up eating cold toast as we had to wait for clean knives to spread the butter and only water to drink because they'd run out of cups for tea and coffee.

The Hotel wasn´t quite what we expected, the room was to small, but anyhow the location was nice. The room get cleaned every day witch was nice, but nor expected. The breakfast was bad, the staff couldn´t keep up the speed, so their was lack of toast, coffee must of the time, so every time there was a refill people was almost struckling to get a peace of bread or cup of coofee.

I have stayed at the hotel before and thought it provided good value and acceptable quality. On my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find that my bathroom was not en-suite but instead up half a flight of stairs!

I found the facilities lacking by this I mean the room was very small and really had no space for two suitcases. The mattress on the bed needed replacing and the carpet in poor order. The lack of tea making facilities was also a nuisance as when you wanted a cup of coffee we had to go out.I also found the staff could have been a lot more helpful. I would not stay at this Hotel again.

Was dissappointed by the rooms and had to change. The rooms were too small. Barely space to move or place luggage. Expensive internet connection, cheaper to go to one of the local cyber cafes.

OK tourist hotel for a shorter visit (We were there for 4 days). Compared with the price, I can recommend the hotel to others.

Reasonably good hotel of its class and within walking distance to Bayswater & Queenway Station. What made the different is the hospitality shown by the staff being fantastic. My family and I wish to extend our special gratitute and appreciation especially to Mr AHMED and that his helpfulness, kindness and patience make our stay at the hotel like at home. From the bottom of our heart, THANKS my dear friend.

unfortunately the room was very cold on the first night because the radiator didn't work and the plug in heater had not been switched on-it was icy!The television was okay on certain channels but the others bbc 1 ,2 were not avaiable at all. The hotel is in an excellent location though and was good value

Typical London hotel with a very small room but a decent bathroom, nice location in Notting Hill. There seems to be a cluster for hotel at Princess Square, Pembridge is one of about ten hotels in the same building. Recommended if you're touristing and just want a decent hotel to sleep in and a nice neighbourhood for a fair price.
