very spacious room, good facilities extremely helpful and very polite staff
Friendly helpful staff. Convenient for where I needed to be in Dublin. Room warm and comfortable given the cold spell we had while I was in Dublin. Rates available via [website] were good and included breakfast. Will return.
Found the location good, only 5 miutes to RDS,if you go to any events there, and 15 minutes to town centre.Very clean, average breakfast.Very good and secure carpark.Friendly, helpfull staff at reception.Interessant building.
This hotel is well worth considering if you're staying in Dublin. Near to major public transport routes, it's perfect for non-drivers. The room and bathroom that I was given was spotless, very well-maintained and delightfully quiet on an upper floor at the rear. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but endless free supplies in the lobby lounge + homemade cookies, and you can simply ask for your choice to be delivered to your room. It has breakfast only meal service, with plenty of choice. I have to say the Irish Breakfast (which is heavily promoted by the hotel on their website) was rather disappointing - a lot of the items appeared to have stood under a warmer for far too long and were very dry - but the serving size was substantial. Don't expect to be greeted or served by jovial Irish staff - the accents varied through Middle Eastern and East European to Chinese! This did cause some difficulty in communication but nothing off-putting. Overall, a good value-for-money outfit.
Good value for money, big rooms but not an exciting choice, a bit far to walk from downtown
We took over ten rooms for family occasion, most of the rooms were fine but two had a problem with a broken shower .as a result one couple were allocated an alternative room. Staff were good, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location - was about a twenty minute walk into the centre.
