This little bed-and-breakfast on the hill leading up to the Parque Nacional is a real bargain and definitely worth considering. It was once the home of Otto Apuy, a well-known Costa Rican artist, and original artwork abounds. The building itself is a classic example of a tropical wood-frame home and has been painted an eye-catching pink with blue and white trim.
We are located in downtown San Jose, First Avenue, close to most of the bus stations, restaurants, museums, banks, supermarket, clubs, casinos all in short walking distance (3-5minutes) . We provide home and decent environment. We have been running this hostel since 1990.
