"The room was in poor condition and it was very cold.The corridoor and the toilet was clean but the bed in the room was in very poor condition. With old disgusting bedclothes. The walls were thin and people came in to the hotel waking me up every night at 3-4 o´clock." - Anonymous

We are a cheap and comfortable living quarters nearly center town. All rooms are cosy and furnished in a comfortable, informal atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with TV.
A midday sen or dinner you agree in the restaurant - pizzeria "Toscania" or in the steak house "SanDiego".
We also offer good connections with the important venues of the city as for example Olympia to stadium, exhibition centre. |

To reach we are: By the underground line 5. (In the direction of Hönow departure Alexander's place) you go to Samariterstrasse (5 stations), take there in direction of the traffic in front the exit from Voigtstrasse .the 3-rd cross-road is the Bänschstr. You find our office at the crossroad Voigtstrasse-Bänschstrasse.
With the city railroad: From the abovementioned city railroad stations they go with the city railroad num:41 or 42 up to the city railroad station Frankfurt avenue, you take the exit Rigaer Strasse. Please, follow Pettenkofer street up to crossroad Pettenkofer Str.-Bänschstr. there you bend on the left from up to our office / adoption in the Bänschstr. 73. |
