Getting there:Hervey Bay is situated on the Queensland coast three hours drive north of Brisbane - Turn off the Bruce Highway at Maryborough and follow the signs to Hervey Bay. From Boat Harbor drive turn left at the roundabout into Elizabeth Street - Take the last right turn (before the Esplanade T-junction) into Hibiscus Street, then left into Peppers Pier Resort. Virgin Blue fly direct to Hervey Bay from major cities. Take a 10 minute taxi drive from Fraser Coast Airport to Peppers Pier Resort. Queensland Rail offer a tilt train service to Maryborough with bus service to Hervey Bay.

A very relaxing stay.
Had a lovely time despite the rain. The pools were lovely and we spent most of our time there. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the beds oh sooo comfortable.

brilliant location ,great size rooms ,the fridge wasn't clean other than that great food and a very relaxing time 9/10
Excellent accommodation and service. The food was great at Salt and the Bayswater. Very relaxing holiday.
Service from all staff was excellent. Could have been cleaner, was surprised that a hotel of this standard was not as clean as it could have been!
It was a great place to stay at. We got a very good deal on our room and were upgraded from a one bedroom unit to a three bedroom unit which was huge. The view was great as were the swimming pool and gym facilities. A couple of very good restaurants and cafes were close by and the marina was a 10 - 15 minute walk. The only drawback for us was that the weather wasn't the best which put a damper of things.
The location was very picturesque, close to the bay, the wharf, and shops. The view from the room was gorgeous, the balcony made for a relaxing rest. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and the facilities in the rooms were fantastic ie tvs in each room, spa in bathroom, lighting. It was very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised. We truly wished we had stayed for longer to enjoy all the resort had to offer. We did eat at both the restaurant and the cafe; both need more staff to offer faster service as wait times were a little excessive however food was great. Overall a very relaxting stay in a very comfortable room.
The location is excellent. All very well maintained, and it looks like every room has see views. Was relatively quiet when we stayed. The Salt and The Bayswater which are part of the complex are good options for food and drinks.
The room was lovely and location brilliant however the restaurant service was not very good and the crockery and glasses in the room were a little dirty (lipstick left on glasses and mugs).
Large room with small kitchenette> Comfy beds. Could not sit outside as the only cane chair had a hole in the seat and the table had huge tears all over. Room we had was situated on the ground floor next to door to access the outside. Door was very noisy everytime someone used it.
Great location opposite the beach and pier.Cafe and restaurant were both good and catered for ost tastes. A good place to stay.
Clean spacious apartment at a competitive price in central location. Friendly staff and handy bar/dining on premises. Television set in apartment was not working and unable to be fixed or replaced. A not uncommon problem that should have been rectified on the evening though no effort was made to do so.
Peppers is fantasic. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was very spacious with a big kitchen, spa and TVs in each bedroom with a big TV in the main room. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent, Enjoyed our stay.
Customer Service was excellent, staff was more than helpful. Location was away from everything but the resort itself was great, need to catch taxi for supermarket, however the hotel was surrounded by beautiful restuarants with great food and service. Our only complaint would be the cleaniness of the resort. When we came in it was fine but the daily when we asked to MAKE our room it was still uncleaned. They did not replace our shampoo or even valcum the place, the bed wasnt made up properly. Not acceptable for a five star resort.
Great Service, allowed everything to be perfect for our anniversary. Even gave us a bottle of champagne in the fridge to enjoy as complimentary.
Fantastic rooms and wonderful pool facilities - the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Restaurants were also good.
Staff were wonderful..... very friendly & helpful. Room very clean & quiet. I'd stay again, but know to hire a car next time, as the resort wasn't close to any shops or the marina.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, the staff are warm and welcoming. The grounds and pool are manicured and extremely well thought out, especially the children's pool area. We don't have children but could still appreciate the care and details that has gone into the design. Nothing more could have been provided for us. We have quite a lot of short holidays and this place is a standout.
Very clean & modern apartments, large screen plasma tv in lounge area with smaller in both bedrooms. Ideal for quiet getaways as not near centre of town.
