Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff

Resort is great, very well planned, facilities and rooms well appointed and we couldn't fault the service. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful resort. Very relaxing environment and our room was gorgeous. The pool and surrounds were stunning and the small private pool in our front yard was a bonus. I wish we had booked to stay longer. My only criticism was getting back to the airport. We waited nearly an hour for a transfer and no cab ever turned up - we had to use a limo service. Whilst the serivce was professional I felt that I wasn't given a choice and felt we paid too much for the short trip.

A beautiful resort, however no focus on service, nothing explained we had access to two rooms and werent told, paid $770 for two nights, breakfast included, but they would not let us in in room only restaurant so we didnt get breakfast on either day. Private plunge pool was not heated (as one would of expected). Dissapointed at paying such a high price with 'nothing' included, no wait staff to provide drinks in pool area, noting complimentary etc.

We booked two double roomw, they were great but the telephone didn't work, not able to be fixed after hours and the fridge wasn.t working,....no cold beers hence the telephone problem otherwise the complex was great...

Loud noise from Air Con unit on balcony outside room. Very small sized TV compared even to TV's in country motels.

Second time at this resort and enjoyed both. Reception told us we would ave a water view however, the room only overlooked the pool.

Very nice hotel not far from the beach. Set back from the actual village of Kingscliff, so one needs a car to get around. Service friendly and rooms very nice.

Very pleasant accommodation; restaurants very good too.

I found Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff to have friendly and helpful staff. It was kept very clean. I enjoyed the dinner at Roughies although paying $11.00 for side dishes in my opinion is somewhat over priced. There is only a couple of things I would improve on that being the size of the gym it could be bigger with more ventilation. I think the village adjacent Peppers Salt Resort needs more ladies boutiques and at least one news agency. But as mentioned our stay was very enjoyable and the staff at the Spa very professional however a 15% surcharge on services on public holidays seems unfair.

they may to check the information folders in rooms as in ours, the folder was scribbled on lots of pages by some child.not a good look

We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort is perfect, the apartment in which we stayed provided everything that we needed. Staff are friendly.

The Hotel is in a lovely location, but you do need a car unless you plan to stay on the resort. We hired a car from the airport, as a return taxi journey would have cost $90. The hotel was nice, but we did have to complain about the cleanliness of the room several times, however the management were apologetic and we hope this was a 'one off'.

Enjoyed our stay..booked on the internet and as it was a busy time we got a disabled room...great if you want the shower to wet the whole bathroom..paid the upgrade price for the 2nd night and it was worth every cent..the 1 bedrooms are great..a good layout and heaps of room,deck,dining,lounge and laundry.

We did mention to hotel about the air-conditioners from two rooms being on the same balcony. With the result it was impossible to sit on the balcony of one of the rooms if the airconditioner was running. The actual airconditioner was very quiet in the room , but outside was very loud. It is obviously a designer fault, buit it did restict sitting out in the fresh air. We did tell the management, but obviously they couln't solve it, but it is something to think about for the future.

The pool area is beautiful and was looking forward to sitting on those nice comfy chairs and order a cocktail. Unfortunately was told to go inside and use a phone to order from the restaurant and there was no menu available. Did not bother in the end. Pity... Would be good to sort that.

Only stayed for one night over Easter, but will definitely be back for longer in the future. Great facilities, friendly service, reasonable prices - well by resort, and Easter standards anyway!

We were unable to use our balconey, the neighbours and our own air cons ducted directly into it.

The Peppers Resort was just lovely. The landscaping pools were magnificent and I can't wait to stay there again. Next time I'll go when it is warmer to make more use of the pools.
