"We stayed 4 days, the room was very cold without any heating,maybe becoz it was snowing the 2 previous days,but should have heater.room were smelly though,going 2 places were easy using public bus,u have 2 ask people.food around area plenty chineses rest.staff were friendly and speak good english.thanks 2 people like Kevin,Alice. breakfast not much choice ,only bread and cakes.wil stay there again." - Hong Chuan Ong

"We stayed in this hotel for a week. The best part was the friendly front desk staff who understood English and went out of their way to help. Room cleaning could have been better also variety of meals at the hotel as there isn't many eating places near hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others, price, location to other main attractions and tours booked from hotel were excellent - cheap, mini van with English speaking guide.
