"Ca'n Calco is a small, personal, boutique hotel in an excellent position within easy reach of great restaurants. The village of Moscari is typical. Wendy the manager is Dutch, thus speaks several languages and is very friendly and helpful. Our week was totally relaxing and enjoyable. "Last minute cheap booking so good value for money. Situated in the centre of Majorca at edge of village, surrounded on 2 sides by almond orchards looking across the countryside to the distant mountains. Ver peaceful and easy to access all areas of the island. A large terrace overlooks this view, where we had a good buffet breakfast each morning, a swimming pool on the lower terrace. The attractive large bedroom had bathroom en-suite. Some rooms have a small terrace overlooking the main one with garden chairs and every room overlooks the countryside. The modern interior, formerly farm buildings, is light and spacious. The cellar, which one sees through a glass floor, is a lounge with bottles of wine which one signs for to drink. The owner, who speaks excellent English, has a fish restaurant with good food but being a set 4 course fish menu, with no choice, was too much for us. So after 2 meals we ate elsewhere. "This is an absolutely wonderful place. Great furnishings, lovely small pool. Stunning setting and very nice and helpful owners. We had dinner there once and it was excellent. Chill-out music and incense, great service. A very romantic place. My only slight comment concerns the toilet, which wasn't functioning properly. However, we didn't ask them to fix it... if we had, I'm sure they would have done so immediately! We'll definitely go back. We've named it our "home" in Mallorca." - Anonymous
